Much Moore Sno — Restaurant in Moore

Walked up at 8:50, stood in line until 9 and had not been helped. The little blonde 16 year old worker said we cannot help you, we close at 9. The customer in front of told her we both arrived at the same time and they had a long order. She agreed to serve us. Even after receiving our order, she made snide remarks and was so rude. We just paid you $30 for flavored ice, sorry your little brother had a ball game the next day. She also did not give us tops because that would just take way too long 😂 Somebody should teach these teens some customer service! Will drive another mile to summer...

I wish they communicated a bit more. If they have to close for any reason, they won't post anything on their social media or at the stand. It's just frustrating to waste a trip when it could be avoided. That being said, it's hands down my favorite stand. They have a long list of flavors and cup sizes. They use fresh ice, so you get a great taste as well great texture. I fantasy enough great things...
