I had been a customer of this store since 2016 using my firearms to get short-term loans to help my family. It was always set up with three automatic renewals and a courtesy call if you were a day late and I was 2 days early. When the new ownership took over all they told me was they had to switch over to a new paperwork system but everything would remain the same. Recently my family needed help so I obtained a loan on one of my handguns when I went in as usual 90 days later they actually had the nerve to use the word default and told me they had sold my family's firearm. I explained how we had always done business before to no avail and even asked for the owner to call me, as I expected him to make things right. I originally thought this business existed to help families in short-term need and make a reasonable profit, however I learned they want you to not retain your firearms for your family they want to give you a low price and then sell your property for a large profit. Was great when I walk in to pawn my A.C. Unit and she gave me 40 bucks then we look around and got some movies and paid 10 bucks worth I have the Lady a 20 dollar bill and she only have me back 23 cents I said where my other 10 bucks at she said I only gave her 10 very pissed bc I Cleary gave her a 20 she was not paying attention at all so now I have to wait until 5 clock for them to see if I have them a 20 called up there to talk to them again and they where very rude I would never buy anything from these ppl bc...
