Prodigy Vapor — Local services in Oklahoma City

I have loved this place and it has been my main shop since I moved to Moore 3 1/2 years ago. However, until Justin's brother who is "doing such a great job they want me to work here permanently" is NOT working there anymore- I will be giving my business to someone else unfortunately. I Went in there a couple of weeks ago and it took me 30+ minutes of standing there with what I needed in my hand the minute I walked in the store before I could pay because he was more involved in his conversation with the customer he was mixing juice for than he was in actually mixing the juice that it took him forever then when he finally went to ring her up, that also took him forever as he is standing there griping at the computer and complaining about how much he hated Apple products. Finally get to the register after he checked her out and the guy in front of me (also took way to much time chit chatting instead of getting him rung up) and had to tell him I was not in the mood to chit chat because between how loud he was in that tiny store and the fact that I had already been standing there for over 30 minutes, i was pretty irritated when I got up there. I made a complaint about him about a week ago from that situation.

I went in today to see if they had my vape in stock yet which they didn't. When I walked in, before I could even look up from under the brim of my hat I heard him talking to a customer that was already in there "yea I am justins brother and he has been short handed so I agreed to fill in but I have been doing such a great job I guess that they want me to make it a permanent thing" then starts laughing so loud that it echoed like we were in a canyon through the store. Him even being the one working made me want to turn around and go somewhere else but I was in a hurry. During this exchange I had tried saying excuse me 3 different times to find out when they would be getting more vapes in so I knew when to come check and he was so loud that apparently I couldn't be heard (I couldn't even hear myself so it's really not that surprising that he couldn't) so I finally raised my voice over his unnecessarily loud self to ask again when they would be getting more in and again I'm irritated because there is no reason to talk so loud in a tiny store that the customers literally cannot even hear their own voice when they talk so I did also say that no he wasn't doing that great a job because I already complained about him once only for him to snap back "i just picked up a shipment, if they were open i would rush right over and get you one but I want to know what the heck did you complain about me for" with an attitude. I told him the exact problem I had today- he is slow as all hell, he spends more time talking than actually filling a customers order, and he is way to freaking loud especially for that tiny store.

I am a loud person so If I am saying he is loud, there is a problem. So I will be taking my business elsewhere until he is no longer in that store. Hate it because I love everyone else that works there or has worked there but I refuse to...

Went in here yesterday and bought 2 new glasses for my tank and got home to replace the broken glass and come to find out that the glass tank was not the right one so I called them this morning and they said they would replace the 2 I bought yesterday for the correct glass so mind you I live in Purcell and they are located in moore and so I made the drive to get the correct glass but once I got there the guy that helped me I didn't catch his name but he was very helpful. He checked to see if they had the correct glass and which they didn't so instead he gave me a whole new set up that included a tank, a pre installed coil, 2 coils and a replacement glass tube. Best vape store I have ever been to!!!! Thank you so much prodigy y'all definitely have a dedicated and loyal...

Their selection of mods and tanks are limited. Their juices are, well, you never know. I've gotten juice here that tastes amazing. And then again, I've gotten juice that's not up to par. The 3 nic is not a 3. 6 is not a 6, it's all very low and they don't put enough nic in the juice. But if you get an 8. It's super harsh. I will say that it's not all the time it's like this. It just depends on who makes your juice. It'll taste like chemicals or a decent juice. I wouldn't say it's worth 15 dollars a 60ml. They should drop their prices a bit. But they do have a nice happy hour on Fridays where you buy juice and get another for 1 dollar. I'd give them 3 1/2 stars...
