Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Moore

I would like to rate them more because they were friendly and the frozen yogurt we got was great, but we also bought a muffin. Now we were there Jan. 2nd and today is the 3rd went to open the muffin for the first time to eat it, and it was molded now how does that happen if it's a fresh muffin just bought the other day and says expiration is 1/4 something isn't right here. Mind you the muffins are not sealed so also that strikes me as weird, and I didn't notice that till we were about to open it today, and eat it. Wasn't left anywhere to hot or too cold in the house. I toom pictures but the pictures don't really do it just the way it looked to us in this lighting. This is just a warning to all to eat the muffin the day you buy it, but also look at it closely, because food poisoning from mold can make you really sick, this I know from experience, and working in food services, and in the medical field. We won't be back to this one, and if we do it won't be to buy any food from them other than frozen yogurt that's it! The discoloration spots are the mold. Bottom right in each photo. That's the date on the bottom for expiration but notice no seal around the muffin why is that though. There muffins were out in a basket at the cashier counter so maybe the temperature caused this muffin to mold early, so I'd check the rest as well for...

Lemme start by saying they were busy. BUT still no excuse for rudeness imo. I was glared at by the guy who helped w my ice cream order, and there was no hello, thank you, goodbye or KMA... just a solemn figure going thru the motions. He didn't even bother to read my order back to me and so it wasn't until after I paid that I realized he only had half my order. So I placed the second ice cream order and a different lady made that one. The one that he made was pretty I'll give him that the one that the lady made was just a mess there was hot fudge all on the outside of the container it squirted out when she put the lid on and she made a joke about how messy it was. And I was given no bag... I don't even think McDonald's has me feeling quite so unwanted when I leave there as when I left Brahms and I really don't know that I'll be back even though the Sundays were really good, they weren't good enough that I'll deal w that unwanted feeling while getting it. But if that's your thing go ahead, the ice cream is worth it but I will say that the brownie sundae is incredibly sweet and I would suggest going with something else because I love sweets but that thing was so sweet I spit out one bite I got the hot fudge or lava cake or something and it was much much much much better... and I finished the...

The evening staff is loud, gross, obnoxious and lazy teenagers. Pretty much most teenagers working at Braums have poor work ethic. Fries are always soggy, you have to beg for Braum sauce, easy ice with your drinks apparently mean no ice or fill the cup to the top with ice. The food is sometimes warm or just straight up cold. This morning my mother fell coming into the store, there is a huge puddle inside the door on slick tile floors. There is a tiny rubber rug but that’s it. Nobody attempted to help my mother up, the cashier just looked at her almost laughing at an elderly woman falling. Nobody attempted to clean up a huge puddle in-front of the door. No employee even asked if she was ok. Only a fellow customer helped my mother up and asked if she was ok. DO BETTER BRAUMS!!!! This place was so much better when Misty Dunbar was running things!!! I will not be coming back for a meal, ice cream or groceries!!! Rose literally the only thing this location has going for it. She is a peach and needs a raise. She is always pleasant and is the only one that seems to want to to do their job...
