Never again! I've visited this location many times and always leave disappointed. I thought this visit would turn things around for me I always made excuses for them its a off day,they are busy, they are new etc. No excuse this time around.We arrived about 345pm it was pretty dead with a total of about 4 tables with no more than 3 guest each. We were seated ordered water and sprite 10 mins later waitress comes back ask are we ready to order,we do and also let her know the carbonation is out the sprite isn't good.She says no problem I'll change it get and you another one. We thought ok awesome! Then it goes down hill from there.We order when new sprite comes. 30mins pass no food,now we can see more people starting to come in and more people are getting orders before ours that came in afterwards no biggie so I thought. 503pm we finally get food and its COLD.I ask waitress have these been under warmer or something she proceeds to raise her voice " saying I know for a fact these are fresh" I say they can be fresh but they are cold.She storms off and go up to mgr I assume and points at me.Im calm im not yelling or anything I just asked the question. Mgr comes over says ill get you some more wings I just got here at 5pm. Less than 2 mins later I have hot wings. Great right?!? Nope.Now we are in middle of 2 tables she asks people behind us everything good skips us ask if table in front us everything good and proceeds to ignore us for another 20 mins.Finally she comes back and I ask for to go box and check. I see that my check is wrong and im over charged Im asking her about it and she persists it correct at this point I just want to leave. I ask for another to go box as the box she gave was too small she ignores me and walks away. I thought all the other times I visited it was a fluke. I dont think so I rather drive to I-44 or MWC locations before I ever visit here again.Which is sad as it's right down street from us . Read moreI'm really embarrassed about this experience because I suggested coming here over another restaurant because my friend suggested cause we haven't eaten here in over a year, and we were all given reasons to not come back after yesterday.
We came in on 5/12/19 at 7:15-7:30 and was greeted by an unenthusiastic and appeared to be bothered host who had no line and had us wait 3-5 minutes to get us seated. Not a huge deal, but annoying nonetheless. Then we get taken to a really disgusting booth (with trash all underneath the table) and our server cleaned the table and didn't even bother to sweep from underneath the table. Still not a huge deal, but alarming. Our waiter then came by, and he was nice, but definitely working at a bare minimum level. I ordered an unsweetened tea to come out with sweetener and he brought me several packets or a random sweetener. Again, not a huge deal, but then I asked him if BWW carried Sweet-n-low. His exact response was,"We don't carry that." He then pauses and seems to process what he said and then asked,"Oh, you mean the pink stuff?" "Yes" I told him, and then he brought out all of this sweet-n-low. From my perspective, it just felt like he felt guilty about lying about not having the sweetener and then brought it. Our friend (the one who suggested Q'Doba) had finished her first pop in the middle of the meal and the waiter would say he would bring her a refill but kept admittedly forgetting until after he brought our food out. When the food was brought out, he realized my order was shorted 4 wings and so he ran to get the other 4 added. I applaud him for noticing, but when he left to get the extra wings, the ones I already had were barely warm at this point.
This really stinks because I love(d) BWW and was really excited to go. Maybe it's just this location? Regardless, I'm likely never coming back to this location. Worst $35 I've spent...
Read moreToday, I visited the Moore, OK location. Upon entering, the servers and hostesses were congregated together visiting. Instead of greeting me, they stared at me and then went back to talking. After waiting several minutes, someone finally came over to take my to go order. The person taking my order was very clueless. I first asked if they had a lunch special, to which she responded “huh.” I asked again, this time specifically asking if there was a lunch option for a Chicken Cesar Salad. She had to look for a few minutes and finally said yes. She then asked what dressing I wanted and I told her I wanted a Chicken Cesar salad and it should come with Cesar dressing. I then asked to order potato wedges with a side of ranch to dip them in. The lady asked if I wanted ranch for my salad and I told her no, I wanted Cesar dressing for my Cesar salad and ranch for my wedges. When my order was ready, a completely different person gave it to me and asked if I wanted two ranch dressings for my salad. I told her I order a chicken Cesar salad and wanted Cesar dressing. I think asked, does a Cesar salad not come with Cesar dressing? She had to go back to the kitten to ask (why??). She came back and said, yes it does. I got home and there is not Cesar dressing on my salad. My experience was awful. I paid $15 for a Cesar salad with no Cesar dressing!
