The electric shaver I wanted showed it was in stock at the Moore Store, I live in Norman and the website showed that my store was out. I get to the Moore store and the sale plack was there by the one I wanted but the employee insisted it wasn't the right one and she couldn't find the one listed for sale. So I settled for the next step up, of which there was ONE and the box had been previously torn open. I should probably have taken this as a sign to leave but I went with it and bought the open box one, the clerk helping me (sort of) went to talk to her manager on my behalf and clearly wasn't interested in lifting a finger for the sake of good customer service. No discount was offered for open the box situation either. This was not a great experience. Update: Dakota contacted me, apologized and set things right. I'm enjoying my new shaver now!

I have been passed off from the NW May store to the store on Reno & last but not least the one on S I 35 service road. I asked about getting a backup camera installed on my Sprinter van. Instead of letting me know they couldn’t help me I was just sent to two different stores by appointment. I waited for said appointments and upon arrival I was either made another appointment at another store or lastly the guy on S I 35 just said I don’t work on Sprinters (even though he knew I was coming in by appointment to get a backup camera for Sprinter) ?? Even verified the appointment. I’m back to square one looking for a replacement camera. Doesn’t seem like it should be this hard. blah So

I had recently purchased a washer and dryer here @this store. And they told me i had to wait 2 weeks which i was okay with due to them being out of stock. When they called me to install my washer and dryer they had told me i had brought 2 dryers. And i was like ”what the hell is going on here”. Long story short i went again and told them what had happened and they were super nice about it. And super helpful. I would highly recommend. Everyone makes mistakes. And im happy you guys took care of me. Im also a loyal customer &’ always use this store. Thank you for taking care of your customers.

I cannot say enough great things about my FIRST experience with the Best Buy Geek Squad at the Moore, OK location.

  1. I am in my early 40's and car audio has changed a LOT in the last 20 years. Same basic concept, but so many more options. I was looking for something that would enhance my music listening experience, not over power it. I initially went in looking for an "all inclusive" small plug and play subwoofer for my new truck. Not some competition, blow your hair around, get the cops involved, subwoofer. Just something that would enhance my new truck stereo. I got there and thought I found the PERFECT item. Went to talk to the installer, and after a few minutes, the installer told me, "I know what you are looking for, but what you have in your hand, isn't it." I honestly thought he was trying to "up sale" me. So I listened to his "sales pitch" for several minutes and realized, he wasn't even trying to sell me anything from Best Buy. So I then listened to what he had to say. Long story shorter, I purchased my audio equipment from somewhere online based on what the installer was saying and what I was looking for. Sorry Best Buy, you did not have what I was looking for in stock. Then I scheduled the Geek Squad to install. Here is where things get AWESOME.
  2. When I get there, the installer starts working on my truck 15 minutes ahead of schedule, and really details to me exactly what he will be doing to my truck. When I say, "I had a LOT of questions" I really mean, I had a LOT of questions. The installer NEVER seemed annoyed with me at ALL and answered EVERY question with a smile.
  3. After the installer finishes my truck, he called me as promised.
  4. When I looked in my truck, and believe this, I LOOKED for ANY error. I mean, it is a brand new truck. Did I find ANYTHING out of place? NOPE. Not even a hair. Everything looked exactly as I had left it, except the miraculous new add in subwoofer, box, amp, and bass remote. Professional, that is a MILD understatement. This installation looked factory. THAT is VERY impressive to me.

I will MOST DEFINITELY be using the Moore, OK Geek Squad...

I am deleting my original review and giving a brief overview of my experience. The short part of it is if you have a problem, go to the store and speak to a manager first before spending weeks on the phone. Thank you to Mr. Epperson at this store for fixing my problem.

Taking 2 stars off for the experience I have had with the Total Tech people and my refrigerator. Repairman came out 2 different times to fix the craft ice maker, the second time they broke my refrigerator and left me with a paper weight. A couple of days later I find out and have to throw out all the food and I am left with a moldy stinky dead refrigerator. I heard the repairman was fired. I was told they would fix the fridge but the stinky moldy part was up to me to fix and not there problem even though they caused it. This was unacceptable to me since they caused the problem, they need to fix it completely. It was 12 days arguing with people on the phone and not being able to get a supervisor of that department to call me to discuss, and 12 days without a fridge living out of ice chests. The 12th day I went to a store to talk to a manager and he solved my problem in 5 minutes. Immediately after that John Levitt finally called me back and said he had been on PTO for the last 14 days and that is why no one called me back. Worst excuse I have ever heard and convenient to call within minutes of the problem being solved by the local Best Buy manager. New refrigerator is not supposed to come until the 4th (23 days without a refrigerator) but they are working on moving that day up. I want to thank the manager of the store for helping me and say they should get a new repair group for the Total Tech.

Last bit of info, the repair group kept trying to charge me $100 they did say is now waived. Looking at the contract that should not happen until after the manufacturers warranty, and after 2 claims on the refrigerator per year. Keep that in mind if they try to charge you and double check your Total Tech contract. Looking at my contract I don't believe they had any reason to try and charge...

So today I purchased a Samsung Gear fit at the i240 location. I ended up returning it because they couldn't figure out how to link it to my Samsung Galaxy 6 phone. I left super bummed. I was there an hour. They didn't know much about the device let alone how to link it with my phone. I left totally bummed out. I had spent weeks online doing my research trying to find the best fitness device for my needs. So heartbroken. I didn't feel comfortable with knowing that no one at that location could tell me anything about the device or how to link it to my phone. After being bummed out all day I decided to go to the Moore Best Buy location. I remembered how knowledgeable everyone there is and how much they have helped me in the past. So I decided to go. Immediately Cody and Candice greet me with smiles. I explained to them my experience I had earlier and they were more than willing to assist me in any way imaginable. I told them I was looking for a fitness watch, told them the features I wanted and pulled up the fitness app on my phone that I'm using and was hoping the device would be compatible with it. After patiently listening to my needs Candice told me I was in fact looking at the best device for my needs. She even had it linked to my phone in minutes!!! Nearly the blink of an eye. I couldn't believe it! Cody set me up with a rewards card and rang me up while Candice sent my Gear fit to the geek squad to equip me with a screen protector. Totally made my day. They were so sweet and just as excited as I was about my new Gear fit. I will always return back to the Moore location for whatever I need. It was amazing to be greeted by up beat knowledgeable people who were intent on making me a very happy customer. Thank you Candice and Cody for the amazing experience and for helping me get my Gear fit up and running. You...
