I stopped at this location Sunday, August 9th at 3pm to pickup chicken for my family. When. I entered only the cook was wearing a mask. Two male employees were sitting at a table and one female was preparing food and orders from the drive thru. The female was busy preparing an order and I asked the males if one of them could help me. The female had her back to me, dropped a pice of chicken on the floor and was preparing to pick it up up off the floor with the serving tongs the male that was coming to take my order saw the expression on my face and stopped her. I asked the employee helping me why no one was wearing mask. He stopped and took a new mask from behind the counter and put it on. When I ordered my chicken I ordered two types and explain to him I did not want any sides or any biscuits. He told me he didnât know how to charge me for chicken only. I told him not to worry about it Iâll pay them meal price. He proceeded to ask me why I didnât want any biscuits or sides. I explain to him that I did not want to chance that the food may be contaminated because no one was wearing mask. He asked me why I should worry about contamination and again told me he did not know how to charge me. I told him I should not have to explain current coronavirus mask guidelines or.Churches pricing and I would go to KFC. As I was leaving I went to take a photo of the staff with my phone. When the males saw me starting to take a photo the both stepped out of view. I lived 20 years in the Houston area churches was my favorite Chicken restaurant.    Read moreI placed a mobile order through the Churchâs Chicken app, which said it would be ready by 6:30PM. I pulled into the drive-thru right at 6:30, expecting a quick pickup. Instead, as soon as I pulled up to the speaker, I was told, âGive us a couple minutes.â Fair enough â I waited.
But that âcouple minutesâ turned into 10 minutes of complete silence. No update. No follow-up. Nothing. So I asked if anyone was still there. I was told, âYes, Iâll be right with you,â which led to another 5 minutes of sitting there.
Eventually, two employees came on the speaker at the same time, talking over each other and asking me to place an order â even though I had already clearly said I was there to pick up a mobile order that shouldâve been ready 20+ minutes ago at this point.
Now Iâm sitting in the parking lot writing this review. There isnât a single other customer here, and I can clearly see at least four employees inside â not one of them moving with urgency, or seeming remotely concerned that a customer has been sitting outside waiting forever.
This wasnât during a rush. This wasnât a complicated situation. It was a mobile order that shouldâve been bagged and ready. Instead, I was met with confusion, indifference, and delays for absolutely no reason.
This location is completely unorganized, understaffed in effort (not in people), and shows no respect for customersâ time. Do yourself a favor: donât waste...

Service was beyond horrible whomever the employee is named Crystal she needs too be gone I came in and ordered today 09/04/23 @8:29pm they had 3 cars of people waiting for food that they completely forgot about then my order took 45 minutes or longer while Crystal stood in the back scooping biscuits she wasnât helping making sure food was fresh or nothing being completely useless too the other person who even attempted to do their job.I had ordered a 2 pc meal , 3pc tender & 5pc tender combo and a chicken sandwich combo. All the food was cold except the macaroni and that was burnt and had an horrible burnt taste to it. The gravy tasted like they scraped the burned part from the pot and put it on my mashed potatoes and none of the batter was sticking the the chicken sandwich. They were out of items thatâs on their menu daily. I see why all the churchâs across the country are closing. Not one time did anyone in this establishment try to make anything better or fix the issues that were completely caused by them. I wouldnât send my own enemy to this place if it was the last food place on earth. Like I want a refund I couldn't eat any of the food. My dog wouldnât even eat it and thatâs a problem. Corporate needs to fix this restaurant internally...
