Absolutely the worst service is at this McDonald's. I have no idea what you are not undersnding .... you are in customer service, it's YOUR job to do this, you are supposed to be greeting, thanking, helping out and not telling anyone there's nothing you can do about it, it's my computer. Look, when your app doesn't load up or the price is different from the kiosk, don't blame your kiosk or your register bc I don't care, I'm here to eat! It's also Christmas, I chose to spend time here and there was no greeting from anyone, no one came to the counter and there was four to five people who didn't know if you could order from the counter so they used the kiosk after staring at you and your employees walk around the back and front to help orders for the drive thru. I stood there waiting for you to come to the counter for a simple coffee refill for three minutes and had to ASK you as you were just going to look at me and walk away without asking me. I'm so tired of spending any money with this McDonald's; you don't care about the customer and there's no consistency here. Whether you charge for something or you don't or your crew who is different nearly as often as I visit.; No one here is trained to do anything else but sack food and clean apparently, did you forget about the customer? Also, waiting an hour for your app to load up or I only get to eat one item vs the two I could have for the same price or free is extremely hard to understand when you have the power, time and option to make it easier for your customer to get what they came here for and what they deserve to receive from you as an employee and a customer service representative, hell....as one of the most successful restaurants of all. Jesus, help ya'll get it together. I've left here feeling like I have no hope for anything to lift my spirits up as it's sometimes the only interaction with other people in my day, the only thing to look forward to somedays. These are employees who see you, treat you like you are wasting their time and literally just force you to accept your order in a brown bag vs a tray, never once asking if the order is for here or to go.
Yesterday (Saturday, December 22nd, 2018) was just awful! This is the first time it has ever been a bad experience. Where to start... I went to the kiosk to place my order since my kids like to push it and order their meals. I ordered two 4 piece nugget kids meals. 1 with extra fries and 1 with gogurt. We got 2 with extra fries. I ordered 2 mcribs just to find out after paying that they no longer serve mcribs. I went up to get my daughter's gogurt and found out her 4 piece nuggets was actually a hamburger patty! So, i waited on medium fries that were missing, nuggets for my daughter, and they gave me 20 nuggets to make up for my mcribs even tho i asked for a refund. The kids and i were there with their grandma who tried to order the $6 classic meal deal (the ad for it was right in front of the register where she was ordering) just to be told they no longer do that deal. Why have the ad saying you do right where people order if it's no longer valid?! While i waited on my replacement food, a few other people were deciding what they wanted in their $6 meal deal... I had to tell them that they longer honored that. They were confused on why they had the ad out for something they don't honor as well. Even hearing me say that, customers saying they should remove it from their register, they left it. The customer service is usually great. We've had a missing item or two before, but nothing like this! Usually a forgotten item is due to how busy they are. Read moreTook my son to get a quick bite, Unfortunately The spicy chicken sandwich he ordered was disgusting smelled and smelled and tasted old and and bad, When I tried to take a bite I gotta be honest I gagged. It's like the chicken was cooked multiple times. This was at 4:00 in the afternoon it was not even busy there was no reason for the food to taste that way.
UPDATE: Today was our 1st time back to that McDonald's since my last review 6mo ago. Again, not impressed with this McDonald's at all. Tonight my son and I went through the drive thru, we ordered the $12 bundle with a drink and that's its. When we got to 1st window. He didn't have my order. Proceeded to argue that I had the mobile order that had multiple drinks burgers and ice cream on it. Finally, I told him someone else paid for and got my order. After re-ringing up my order, I move on to the 2nd window. There my drink was put in my hand getting ices coffee on me, the bag of food was so full I bout dropped it. After checking my order and noticing I had a FF missing, I asked for another bag so I could close them and my other FF THE KID RESCHES AROUND TO FRYHOP GRABS MY FF AND HANDS IT OUT THE WINDOW TO ME.
