THIS COOKIE IS SOOO GOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!! It’s the best thing EVER it tastes like a brownie but it takes like double chocolate chip and it’s big but it’s not too chewy and it’s not too crispy not too thick or thin ITS EVERYTHING.

THEIR BREADDDD is so awesome!!!!!!!!!! OMG it’s so fresh and toasty I want another one right now. Oh and THEIR BACON!!!! Is SO GOOD!!! Crispy it tastes like breakfast.

Thing is. This all feels real and homemade. Cookies when you go out they have that processed taste. THESE DONT. Bacon can be like ham or just have an off flavor when you go places but these DONT. I love the sliced cucumber touch on the sandwich.

One problem I think is the menu. It’s structured weird. At subway, you choose all your ingredients. Other places, it’s all on there when you order it as is like at Panera. This place, I dunno. First time I ordered the sandwich there were toppings but NO sauce AT ALL. I had to pull back around and get a side of Mayo to put on. Was it really meant to be eaten that dry? Or are you supposed to order the sandwich and then ask for mayo? They have like a “add sauces and extras” on the side of the menu that’s easy to miss.

So yeah. That part is weird lol. And the restaurant name. It’s odd marketing decisions I have to wonder if some slight tweaks would be good but I dunno I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

Also the diet Dr Pepper I got tasted WEIRD (like not a low syrup or low carbonation issue) and the sandwiches are NOT photogenic lol as you can see. Every time I try. But they’re so good.

Customer service has been fine. Nothing over the top happy or friendly. Nothing rude or annoying. Takes my order. Makes my sandwich. What else could...

Been wanting to try them out for a while. Very very kind and helpful staff. The menu was a little confusing as far as determining any sort of combo and the choices available. I didn't see a sides option listed but the website showed potato salad, so I thought maybe it's location specific, turns out they're just in the fridge you pass while in line and you grab it as you prefer. Aside from the menu/size options being a tad bit odd the sandwich was a very good size, not too filling. They carry ZAPPS chips which are amazing and get anyone bonus points just for carrying. Pricing was similar to Subway for anyone curious. I had an Italian with hot peppers and they were actually kind of spicy so that's awesome. Was a little disappointed the potato salad isn't fresh but it was still okay. Overall the staff was above nice and helpful when I had procedural questions like who I should give my order to and when to ask for specific toppings (the layout is a little weird). Check them out, if you're cornfused like me just be patient. They're nice and your food...

We go here very often love the food normally love the people working there and I guess over a week or nine days or whatever their car machine shut off we went there once during the nine days our total was like around eight dollars and you know not telling us at the card machine wasn’t working or anything I guess I just took the card information down and then went back and charged our card when they were running a couple days later but we were charged for our 8.00 meal but we also got charged 11$ and 3 times almost 30$. I have talk to somebody multiple times I keep getting told we’re trying to figure out the problem will give you a call the next day or to call back the next day and this is now the forth day that I’m being told to call back the next day because a manager or whatever isn’t in although I talk to a manager the night before and he told me he was going to give me a call back today.
