Slim Chickens — Restaurant in Moore

Will not be back to this location after my last experience. I ordered a 5+5 to-go on February 18th. I asked for sauce on the side for the wings since I wasn't going to eat them immediately and would be reheating them in my air fryer (which reheats everything wonderfully). To be clear, I'm not complaining about food temperature or anything related to quality, taste, or preparation since I was reheating everything. That wouldn't be fair. My tenders were pretty small, but I let it slide. My real complaint is with the size of the horribly pathetic excuse this location calls "wings." I uploaded a picture to the "photos" tab because I didn't know how to add it directly to my review. It's the one that shows my 5 wings, my mango habanero sauce in a cup, and a quarter for size reference (a bat quarter, how hilariously appropriate). I can not give this place a positive review for the following reasons: The freshest thing was the bread. The chicken was warm, dry and over seasoned. It was obviously cooked long before I walked in the door. The fries were hot and crispy and had the greasy taste of being refried a second time. This makes people sick. It gives them food poisoning. This is not a good thing for a customer that stopped in on their road trip. I barely made it to Kansas before it hit me and my next stop required changing my pants. This is the only thing I ate on my road trip so I know what turned my stomach. No, I would not recommend this location. There were other things I noticed that gave the impression that there are lazy employees that don't respect the management. The cups at the register were overstocked so high that the cashier had to stand on tippy toes...

Tl;dr good food, cashier tried to steal my credit card at drive thru

The food is amazing here. Great variety and very good chicken. Although, like everywhere else, chicken size is getting smaller. Usually the place is great but at the drive thru the cashier tried to steal my credit card. I handed it to her (blonde girl) and instead of giving me my card and my receipt back I only got a receipt. I figured maybe she forgot so I waited for my food and drinks and then when she closed the window I knocked on it and asked for the card back. She said she gave it to me, but she never did. She acted like she was looking around the counter and asked me to look. I glanced in my passenger seat and in probably 3 seconds she had supposedly spotted it, crouched down, and stood back up straight. I don't know if I will be returning to this location...
