My family and I were treated like we were going to steal something. The entire time an older woman just kept eyeballing us and circling around only my family. We felt targeted and unwelcomed. My younger daughter overheard the older woman saying to another female employee some racist comments. Besides this the store was hot and even more uncomfortable to shop in. However the bright side to this awful experience is the young lady in the fitting room. She was extremely helpful, polite and knew sign language which was a blessing to us, whereas most people are rude and unknowledgeable as if there is something wrong with us. The store is organized, well-stocked and the associates are so helpful. I wanted to especially highlight the manager Nolan, and the helpful cashier Patrick I think his name was. I was having big issues with using my Old Navy Card, and they worked really hard to make sure I was able to sort out my issues. And they were so kind and full of patience, even though they were so busy and I had a bundle of worn out kids with me.
