I have been ordering from the place for a very long time. Recently, I've placed several orders, the food was not as delicious as it used to be. I understand we're in the middle of pandemic, and there might be staff shortages, etc. However, if you are unable to operate properly, please do not mistreat your loyal customers, who spent thousands of dollars at your place over the years Tonight I placed an order online. I didn't get a confirmation, however, the amount was taken from my bank account. There was no reverse charge on my account. I called. The answer I got was that if the order didn't go through, I wouldn't be charged. I explained that there is a charge on my account. Instead of believing me, Carley told me I was talking over her and that she can take an order again and charge me again. Which part of "My card was charged" did she not understand. She should have taken an order and then figured out the charge situation. She said she had so many orders coming in. Excuse me, is my money worse than other people's? I will report the fraud charge with the bank first thing in the morning. I will never recommend your restaurant any longer, no will I ever order anything from you. And I know a lot of people who go to your place. Your treatment of loyal customers was unacceptable. Never expected to be treated like this after spending so much money....
Read moreI found it hard to place an order. I went to one desk , the man said to go down to the other end and place my order there. I went there, and the man there said to place my order in the middle section. Its confusing especially if its your first time there. I asked for a slice of lasagna, and the poor lady behind the counter barely spoke english. She was nice though and the food was done after about 10 minutes. I got a slice of lasagna. The price was not posted by the food, but they have TVs displaying price but theres so many things listed that its hard to find out how much it costs. So when its time to pay, the lady tells me its 16.52$. I paid, thinking “oh well the hell i hope its worth it” and it absolutely was not worth it.
The lasagna is left out so of course, it did not taste fresh at all. After being reheated (they reheat it since its all on display) it tasted very burnt, and was not pleasant at all. However, I did get a buffalo chicken pizza as well (about 22$) which was fantastic. If it werent for the pizza being good, id give this place a one star.

Read moreToday I made the mistake a visiting the Moorestown New Jersey location instead of going to my regular place in Haddonfield New Jersey. The take out staff was rude by overtly looking at the other customers when asking who was next even though I was flagging for their attention to check my online order that has been placed 30 minutes prior. After waiting 15 minutes in the store and asking a second time for my word to be checked the takeout person walked away for 5 minutes. My order had been sitting in the warmer the entire time. I push forward with my phone and order number and force the takeout guy to acknowledge my name the second time and finally received my order. On second thought maybe I'll go back and speak to the manager and ask them to address the employee for the benefit of the restaurant's reputation.
