I'm writing this completely independent of the fact that the employees are taking zero COVID precautions, let alone general sanitary food handling methods (no gloves while handling prepped and finished food after immediately ringing someone out). The food I ordered was incredibly disappointing. If I'm going to pay $8 for a panini, I'd at least hope that the sandwich is warmed all the way through and the cheese is melted. The buffalo chicken panini is bland, the chicken used was cold and chewy, and the cheese was still cold. The problem with pre-prepping paninis and refrigerating them is that you always run into the "cold in the middle" issue by the time you toast the outside, take some time and make them fresh. This was the first time I have visited and will be the last.

Three years ago I rated this place 5 stars. It’s gone downhill. Not one employee wears a mask while making the open-air salads. The salads do not taste fresh. Two basic make-your-own salads (one without dressing) + two cookies was over $25. And when the manager spilled half the salad when packing it into the bag, he said “oops,” and when I asked if everything’s alright, he just said “oh, just be careful with the bag.” When I got home I found out he’d spilled half the salad, didn’t offer to remake or add to it, yet I was still charged full price. All of these occurrences were the last straws. They’ve lost a regular customer, and I’m out to warn others.

I will never eat at this establishment again. I wasn't impressed with the food the first time I went there but decided to give it a second chance. Went there with coworkers for lunch and began eating my salad and noticed something did not taste quite right. Went on eating because I was pressed for time. Not only did the vegetables taste old like they had set out too long, I found not ONE, but TWO hairs in my salad. Took it up to the woman working the register and she offered to make me another salad. I opted for my money back because at that point I did not have time to eat another salad and I frankly didn't want it. I then found out one of my coworkers had found a hair in her salad as well. Outside before leaving someone had said that the woman working the register and making salads should have been wearing a hair net, ( she had long hair sticking out of a ball cap) when the manger came out and said, "Well she's wearing a hat." We told him that obviously it wasn't working because we found 3 hairs during our visit, to which he responded, " Well I'll just buy you a salad or something." ... SERIOUSLY!? I will never return to this...

Currently dining in Fields of greens and all the tables are dirty. The man behind the salad station rushed me even with no one waiting in line. Even after telling him it was my first time, he wasn’t friendly and seemed ready for me to hurry up and move on. Put my food in a to go box instead of asking if I was dining in when there are multiple tables full of people eating lunch. I added sunflower and almond seeds to my salad for an extra $1.29 each for less than half a full 2oz cup. Paid $11 for a small salad with little lettuce but it does taste good. Only vegetarian option is to make your own salad in which you will pay easily over $20 if you want more than just your average 3 to 4 veggies.

As someone who has been in the service industry for over a decade, it pains me to make my first negative review but I have honestly had better service at a fast food drive thur than here.

2 stars because the food is good. I am enjoying my salad even if a little light on the base. Just don’t have an expectations on being welcomed or helped through your ordering process if you are a...

I read some reviews and read the owners responses. I was in yesterday and yea place is not clean. I understand you're by yourself but what I don't understand is the attitude you showed us. We chose your place, we didn't have to. You kept saying" huh and what? Speak up I cant hear you" then spat "pick your chips"! You were sweet as pie to the bros behind us, denigrating "yankees" Food is expensive and below mediocre. If you don't have employees thats a reflection on your management skill. The crummy attitude started when the door opened. Thanks "bro" your reply is full of b.s and instead of replying with said b.s, clean up the place and be nicer to customers. Woman hater. Btw you posting screenshots of this review and from my fb makes you look unstable, uou are blocked I didnt delete it. Check out YELP reviews, your reputation is telling. I doubt your serving "93" ppl from 11am-3 but kudos to ya.. do better. Stop lying and being a Karen. SALIT. Those who know...its a Chicken...
