Pelican's SnoBalls of Mooresville — Restaurant in Mooresville

My family loves this place (I'm not a fan personally) so we decided to take a last-minute road-trip from Statesville on Sunday for them. Bear in mind there are 6 of us. The hours on Google show 12-9pm on Sunday's, but when we arrived at 8:10 they informed us they were closed. I waited a few minutes and asked them if they would please serve us since we drove 30 minutes and their hours on Google show they are open until 9pm. One gentleman was thinking about it, but the other (Glasses, moustache & goatee) was pretty rude about it and said they post their hours on the door and "we've got places to be too". I politely pointed out to him the Google hours, but he didn't care. I hope the place he had to be was worth it to lose customer's. Now, my wife and kids might go back without me, but I will never give them another dime of my money after this. Get your hours corrected on Google and tell your employees to think about...

Just went there because holiday hours said 5. We get there right before 430 and waited in line. 3 parties ahead of us. They got 2 parties and started making there stuff and then at 435 we and the party ahead of us got there and preceded to tell us they close at 430. So we waited in line and then they tell us. Instead of serving the last 2 parties which should have been done or tell us when we get in line we wait until we get to the window. Being in the service industry for 12 years that was an extremely bad look since we was in line before 430 even though we thought you closed at 5 since that was confirmed holiday...

The girl who was working by herself on August 5th around 6:00 p.m. at the location in Mooresville North Carolina on main Street, she was all by herself and there was a line! She worked so fast and so diligently that she absolutely deserves a raise. She was so sweet and as soon as she had a second and didn't have any customers at the window she was right out front cleaning sweeping taking out trash wiping down tables.
