Pie In The Sky Pizza — Restaurant in Mooresville

I finally had an opportunity to try the famous Pie in the Sky Pizza last night. I'd been looking forward to it. I loved the vibe of the busy restaurant with big windows to see the happenings downtown. It's popular for sure. Sadly, though I was disappointed by the flavor of the pizza. The 3 main ingredients were very uninspiring....the sauce was flat--one note--the crust tasted and smelled off, like a box, literally, and the cheese was equally bland. I was initially disappointed upon pick-up to discover that the small pie I ordered, which I was told had 8 slices when I called, was only a personal size. Would have been nice if that had been mentioned during ordering. In retrospect, that worked out. I was hoping to find a new local and much closer pizza shop so I didn't have to travel out to busy 150 anymore. I know there are many people who like it, but for our taste, the pizza fell flat and failed to...

Just had my first visit and it was awesome. My husband and decided to get an order to go since we were just right around the corner at a doctors appointment. When we walked in we were greeted promptly and our order was taken. While we waited I watched the manager put his staff through the paces of getting the orders out. Everything I saw looked great,and the staff was putting alot of pride in their work. When our order was ready we took it home. We have about a 10 minute drive. When we got home and sat down to eat everything was still piping hot. The pizza was well baked and not doughy in the middle and the cheese topping was plentiful. The boneless bbq wings were well coated and baked crispy. The taste of everything was OUTSTANDING !! Thank You for a wonderful lunch. We will be back to try some of your other dishes,and types of pizzas.

If I could give a negative score I would. I order pizza here and it’s good but it his last time I ordered I ordered pizza and 2 subs. I asked the delivery guy if both subs were in the bag he said yes. But whenI looked 1 sub was missing. I called and talked to what I thought was the manager and asked them to remake the sub and for the inconvenience make a whole sub instead of a half she said theh would no problem. The driver came back with a cold half meatball sub so I had tocall back in this time they were rude to me and said they would not remake another sub and hung up the phone. I called back in and was told they will no longer seev me in the restaurant or at my house again. This is all because they screwed up. 1 hour later the owner called but nothing else was resolved I gave 3 stars because the food is good and the owner did...
