Kris & Randy Miara are the proprietors of this fine establishment they have created. I’m from N.Y but & Rita’s is a staple mark there I currently reside in Winston-Salem. I traveled 1 hr to get here from Winston Salem & it was well worth the ride. The exterior & interior is appealing to the eye. What brings this all together are these 2 amazing people who are excellent hosts . They are intentive to your needs, curiosity, informative about the products and go out of their way to be helpful. Never returning ! My daughter ordered a large by mistake I asked could I get a small and they refund the difference. The guy told me he can’t he doesn’t know how??? Okay whatever! I said just give me a small cup it was for my toddler literally didn’t need a large. I get not even two seconds to the car and it’s a piece of hair right on top blended in the custard! let’s just say I was denied a refund and got a small just for it to have a hair! Threw it out !
