QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Moorhead

Pls dont eat here..i was a cook here for 15 months.and during that period i had to put up with alota unclealiness they dont wash their vegetables.not mention their cooking and prep dishes always left with food residue.the manager would have me undercook food for customers she deemed bad.always gossiping about others and favoritism towards her circle.Therm food and queso would be oversteamed at times or not properly sealed plus the therm water during the shift other cooks wont even bother changing dirty water with food residue because the food bags would burst overcooked into the therm water.and at some point corporate came dwn on us for having our walk in fridge racks full of black mold because they dont bother cleaning up in the back..also mold on the sinks in the back pls dont eat here.manager would be making out or kissing in the back walk in fridge with others to the point wer her own son would walked in on her and ask y is my mom making out with another in the walk in fridge.alota employees got ther hrs cut in retaliation if u bring up cleanliness or other issues with her circle of friends.trust me cleaniness is not a priority there..a good job but others made it harder then it had to be.grill always dirty with burnt food by other cooks and dont bother cleaning it up.grease runs drips dwn the fire lines ontop of the grill and it lands either ontop of the bean pots or the grill because they dont bother cleaning up the grease running dwn or dripping.i would do my best to keep the back clean but it was useless because theydont care enough about cleanliness. The worst service and food quality. The manager/supervisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. Serving staff seemed clueless about the product, but I’m going to chalk that up to being undertrained. I’m sure they were thrown into the “mix”. We ordered “Queso Bowls” with chips. The bowls were only half filled up (something we never had a problem with), and one of the bowls had the wrong ingredients. The chips were stale, and were scooped from the bottom of the barrel. Not one chip was whole..,nothing but broken bits. For what we paid…complete rip off!! Don’t waste your time and money!! As for the manager/supervisor working around 6:00 pm on 5/16/22 in Moorhead…you should look for a different line of work where you do not interact directly with customers. You were rude and miserable, and I genuinely feel sorry for those who work with you. As for us, we will no longer step through your door, and we advise anyone else to rethink eating at the Moorhead...

I had the worst experience at the Moorhead Qdoba today. I made an online order at 10:55 since their hours are listed to open at 10:30 am. I got there to pick up my order at 11:03 am and the person opening had just unlocked the doors so my order was not ready when I got there at the time it was supposed to be ready. I only have a half hour lunch break for my work so I didn’t have time to wait. When I got my food, I rushed to work and barely made it in time. When I started eating my burrito bowl, the food was cold but edible, they put wayyy too much sour cream on it. When I went to eat my queso and chips next, the queso was watery! And tasted nothing like the other times I had eaten at Qdoba. I’ve never had a bad experience before today so I’m just disappointed. I am not sure if it’s because the ownership changed or something because the bags they use don’t show the Qdoba logo anymore and the food tastes...
