Update 9/16/22: I filled out the provided link and nobody from the company reached out to me. Since leaving my original review I’ve gotten Noodles 3 times, and 2 of the times I’ve requested extra noodles when I customize in the app and his Moorhead store never gives extra noodles. It charges you to do this, so it’s unfortunate the store doesn’t follow through. They also haven’t fixed any issues with the tofu. Disappointing because Noodles is honestly one of my favorite restaurants!
This location has unfortunately went down hill since COVID :( They used to be the BEST Noodles and Co in the area and now the food is sub-par and the service isn't great. The past 3 times I've ordered, there has been something wrong each time. They used to be pro's at cooking the tofu, and now they don't sear it at all and it's practically uncooked with no color on it. They always forget to add extra noodles, or like last night, they forgot the meatballs in our order. I think maybe the staff training has gone down hill? Not sure,...
Read moreDo you like noodles, zucchini noodles (zoodles), lo-mein, macaroni or pasta? If the answer is yes, I don't have to let you know about the place. You're probably already there you lucky person.
If you're on the fence, jump off and give them a shot. Prices can give you sticker shock, but the food is good. Really good.
Mind you, I like butter noodles, and my wife is fond of reminding me that I can make them myself, which I know. I can make about six bags of egg noodles, with butter, and it would be fine and cost close to or less what the meal here costs. They're fine, but they don't have the good cheese on them, they're not perfectly prepped, and they're not made by delightful staff who know their business. And I have to cook them myself.
Noodles and Company are great for lazy people on the go who like noodles, and who make an event out of using those fancy flavor generating soda machines. Foods great, pop is great, staff is great. I like this...
Read moreI live in south Moorhead and was eagerly anticipating the openings of Noodles & Company, since I have eaten at the Fargo location and liked it. I went there on a cold winter night and was in the mood for some 'comfort food' so uncharacteristically ordered macaroni and cheese. It was THE WORST thing I have EVER had in any restaurant - ever!!! I couldn't eat it. The noodles were cold but worse than that, there was no cheese sauce. There was a piece of American cheese that had been put over the top of the noodles and zapped in the microwave. It was only partially melted and it wasn't mixed in with the noodles. It was just little pieces of partially melted American cheese on top of cold noodles. Absolutlely horrible! My meal was 'to go' so I couldn't take it back ... instead I gave it to my dogs. A 69 cent box of Kraft macaroni & cheese is ten times better than this was. I will not ever set foot inside this...
