I went with the Smooth 7, and while it was very good, I still wasnât overly impressed with this place. First of all, their location is absolutely terrible! Itâs located in the corner of a parking lot, and that creates quite a bit of confusion as the line goes well beyond where it should. There are temporary cones all over the place, and it snakes past a bank.
Despite the fact that they had employees walking around with tablets to take your order, I still waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for my drink. Once they gave it to me, the cup was very sticky. Maybe consider giving the cups a wipe down with a wet rag before handing them to the customer?
While this place is a nice change of pace from Starbucks and Caribou Coffee, I probably wonât be back anytime...

   Read moreI visited your 7 Brew location today and wanted to share my experience. While I was in the drive-thru lane, I witnessed one of the leads (or possibly a manager) repeatedly yelling at the team member who was taking my order. The behavior came across as very rude and unprofessional.
I want to commend the team member helping me, she stayed calm, polite, and professional despite the situation. However, no employee deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch, and I even felt the need to apologize to her on behalf of the other staff member.
