Bradley Peterson is an excellent customer service sales representative as well as a manager. My 1st experience at BeMobile was a little challenging not by BeMobile but V.W. headquarters. Bradley knew I wasn't happy but handled every unpleasant situation I came across with patience, calmness and understanding of my needs. He greeted us within a cpl min entering the door regardless of it being super busy. His acknowledgement of my presence made me feel welcomed. Besides his extensive knoweldge of V.W.(all of the Be Mobile staff as well) not just Sales but other areas he left no rock unturned or hidden agenda. He researched all options for me and my family. By this point of my 2 hour visit after talking with Headquaters sales and up the ladder to management, I wasn't nearly upset I couldn't get my upgrade, I was happy Bradley stuck it out until I turned away and left BeMobile. Even then leaving with the same old p.o.s. out dated phone from 2 yrs ago, he welcomed me back in 2 months for my upgrade. I've worked several years of C.S. not sales but service industry. Let me tell you how emotionally draining and physically stressful this job is. You learn alot if you stick with it. Become more adaptable to many people's demeanor. Thank you Bradley and all the staff at BeMobile for making myself and my family more then just another person with a cell phone. Before ending my call with main headquarters mgmt ,(about a 1hrphone call) I made sure that the person on the other end of my call new what an excellent job this store had done and reassured Verizon my continuous and long jevity as a family based customer.
P.S. So if your wondering about switching cellular providers my answer is simple and straight to the point. Verizon to me is the TOP DOG. Shop around and Find a local store near you that fits your needs.( Their not all the same) and you dont have no reason to wanna switch even with awesome specials and deals. Its about the people who help you when you need it

Read moreIf I could rate this 0 I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had! I spent over 2 hours there on Saturday to get a new phone. They claimed there system was having an issue so I asked them if they could just turn my old phone back on since I had already been there over 2 hours. They supposedly turned it on & claimed it was working. When I got home I wasn’t able to call or text. I called there on Monday & the manger Micah I believe he said his name was answered & said I should be able to get a new one. I left work early to get a new phone since my old one wasn’t working anymore due to whatever they did. I live an hour away also. Got there & Missy was the one that helped me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She wasn’t friendly nothing. I asked if I was gonna be comped anything due to Saturday & me having to take time out of my day to drive an hour each way to get a phone due to there issues. She stayed NO. Didn’t even offer to call the manager to see if there was something they could do. Nothing. She told me it would be a $40 activation fee on my next bill when the previous person that helped me on Saturday stated it would be $35. After everything was done she stated she would wave the $35 set up fee. They never once informed me about that fee! I asked if the manager could call me when he got in & she stated she had my number & would have him call me when he got back in in a little bit. Couple hours go by so I call back, now they told me he’s out the rest of the day. They told me he would be back in the next morning. Caleb approached me and helped me through the process of purchasing and setting up a phone and a watch. I truly appreciated his patience and willingness to take the time to make sure things were explain to me and to see I had a bit of understanding as to how these new products would good for me and my life. When all was said and done, I left with two new products which have already proven to be a great improvement for me.
