Subway — Restaurant in Moorhead

I did an online order. I chose a fountain Diet Coke to drink. I get there and their Diet Coke is out of order. So I was going to get a different Diet soda and there wasn’t any. I noticed they had bottles of Diet Coke so I said, since you are out of Diet Coke can I have a bottle? I was told ‘Nope because it costs extra’. I said well when I ordered it online it said the fountain Diet Coke was available. I would have ordered a bottle if the fountain soda had said unavailable. I was told ‘We can’t update the online ordering system’. I would have paid the difference to get the bottle too but I was told ‘we can’t go back in and change the order. Sorry, you can only have fountain soda.’ I set my glass back down on their counter and walked out. Ridiculous service. If a person has diabetes and needs a diet soda therefore that is what they order, don’t expect to get it. If they are out, tough luck to you. You just paid for something you will not get. Even if you are willing to pay the difference to get the bottle...

Went to get 2 sandwiches on 2 separate transactions. Instead of having me order one sandwich and then the other, they tried to have me order both at once. They asked what I wanted on one sandwich. I said 3 meat cold cut with these veggies. Half way through listing the veggies I wanted, they interrupted me to say "we'll get the veggies later. What do you want on the other sandwich?". After I got done telling them what I wanted on the other sandwich, I asked them if they were ready to hear about the vegetables I wanted on the first sandwich. They said they already heard when I said and that they had the vegetables. Been at the window. I asked again just to make sure that they got the vegetables, and they said yes. When I got home. The sandwich was just meat and bread. No vegetables, not even mayonnaise and cheese. In trying to save time, they made it way more complicated than it need to be, and lied to...

I came through about 9 pm last night and ordered a Steak & Cheese melt deluxe meat as was on the menu and a Caesar salad. Why I was ordering it took me almost 10 minutes to make my order because whoever took my order was making my sandwich before I finished placing my order. I was trying to finish the order to move up to the window and the man who was making my sandwich kept telling me to hold on and then finally my order was placed and I moved up to the window, paid and waited some more. I was getting agitated in the lack of concern for my time when it came to my order. When I got my food and pulled away I went to Walmart to eat half and then grab what I needed and my sandwich was horrible. In a bag not wrapped and the toppings were all over in the bag! I couldn't eat it and with how much time was taken I was not gonna deal with this place...
