Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Moorpark

They closed the only Chipotle store to unionize so their workers are really unhappy. It shows in the quality of food and the quality of service. That's probably why they don't like it when I order extra beans, extra veggies, extra corn salsa, and extra red salsa. I do this because I am poor and get more burrito for free that way. Sometimes they ignore it, then I complain to Chipotle customer service and get a free burrito - that is a happy thing. But do not let it distract you from fundamental truths: Chipotle is a microcosm of America's problems. Also Baja Fresh's rice is way better. Chipotle guacamole is unfortunately unrivaled but since they're entirely shameless about predatory and evil business practices like union busting, they may source their guac through the cartel or something. One burrito with extra war crimes. I hope one day all of us - the burrito assembly line workers, the avocado farmers, the customer ashamed to order extra everything, the homeless man who comes in and is told the restroom is for customers only - can shrug off our chipot-chains and cast oligarchs like CEO Brian Niccol...

If there was anything less than one star I would have given them. Chipotle used to be one of my favorite places to eat. However, after my horrible experience with them and what I have seen there I will never ever go in there again nor would I recommend anyone I know to do so. I and my husband went there to have lunch. My husband asked for a tortilla as we know it's for 50 cents apiece. A lady who works there said it was a dollar! he tried telling her that we always get it for half a dollar and he wanted to ask whether their prices went up or not and she started snapping! When he asked if there was a smaller size for less $$ she said to buy it and cut it yourself!! There was a lot of tension between the employees and the food was not the quality we expected when we paid for it! The female manager who works there was super rude! Never coming back again! I am surprised how those people except to have tips left for them or customers to come back with...

As a delivery driver every time I pick up food from this place orders are never ready but that's not all, even if the order Im picking up isn't ready they still put me aside to prioritize walk in customers and take care of those customers before taking care of me when my order was supposed to be ready before I get there. This is so disrespectful towards my way of bringing money to provide for my family just because chipotle's management prefers to take care of their walk in customers. If you guys can't take care of your online orders you shouldn't take them!!! Now as a customer I wanted to try their food so one day I walked in and order me a carnitad burrito bowl. Never been so disappointed with food before as much as this place. No taste at all, carnitas dont look or taste like carnitas more like rubberized tasteless leftover pulled pork. Good luck at this place but if you go to the bakeries kr markets in town you will get 100x better food than...
