Captain Jim's Seafood Market — Restaurant in Morehead City

We were coming from Virginia to visit family in Morehead City. We called in advance to see if they had Jumbo male blue crabs. The guy on the end of the line said they did and expected to have some by the time we arrived. We got there, passing other crab places along the way, and he pulled out "what they had." What he showed us were mediums. Since this was our only option we went ahead and got two dozen. When we got home and started eating, we realized he put in mediums and smalls AND FEMALES! Went to this fish market just the other day everything was fresh, seafood from a fish market is just a bit more expensive because it's fresh and hasn't been imported from third world countries. Purchased a 1 lb container of Jumbo Lump crabmeat in container have always purchased in - Garland Fulcher Seafood, Oriental, NC. Got home, opened container to make crab cakes and saw not what we usually see with NC picked Jumbo Lump crabmeat. Read down the side of the container and says Mexican crabmeat.
