Armando's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Cashier (she) was horrible on Sunday! Not only did we wait inside for about 25 minutes for our food, which literally was 2 burritos and 6 tacos, she was rude, probably never making eye contact with us once. The cashier bagged up my order, and it felt light, so I asked if that was everything, and she said yes, and I stopped and unpacked it, visibly irritating them just to find both burritos missing. Asked for them as they were clearly sitting on the counter. One of my worst peeves is asking if they've checked the order, and they are yes yes about it and, in reality, didn't check the order!!!

The kicker, when ordering the burritos, I asked for no Pico and guac on the side. We get home and bite into the driest burrito I ever had. It was so thin, literally just meat. I call them and say our burritos only have meat, literally nothing else. The cashier stated "Well you wanted everything on the side." I'm stunned like what? I said there's no beans, cheese, rice, anything? She stated burritos only come with meat guac and Pico, so since I didn't want Pico, I got a dry burrito. LMBO!! I've never seen a place do this. I guess you just need not assume what's in food, but find out for sure first when ordering. I...

I wish I could give no stars because of THEFT! I I've been to this place before and the service was great. Today 5-14-24 about 4pm I came in contact with a different cashier and not only was she rude she told me a totally different price then what she charged my card. I decided to do a little research and called to place a phone order for the same exact thing and asked how much it would be and if they charged extra for using the card and they told me No. So I asked for a manager or someone incharge and she told me there was no one available how convenient🤨. I asked her "why was I changed more then what I was just quoted you know thats stealing right?" She lied and lied some more until I said I was going to call the police then she told me "now she sees what I was talking about and she would give me the money back that she overcharged me". I will never go back to this place again I feel bad because my past experiences have been great but I draw the line when someone is stealing from me how many other ppl has she done this to that didn't pay attention? To start the cashier was rude and not pleasant to deal with. Maybe a smile can go a long way. But the food. The worse. Stale tortillas. The fish taco was disgusting. One bite and I was done. Was dry and it appeared to be over cooked fish sticks. My opinion at least. Also in my opinion it felt our food was just sitting there for a while before serving because a while after we placed our order and sat down people that came in after us placed their orders and were served before us. We didn't even order that much. 2 taco plate with rice and beans 1 horrible fish taco and taquitos which were ok. Just saying for a food business be kinder with your guests, more inviting and welcoming. Customers are the main reason you're still in business. Plus teach the cooks how to cook with care. So frustrating spending money on food only for it not to come out good. Disappointing! Good thing for your business is we won't be back. Since customers seem to agitate the cashier. She's got no customer service at all....
