Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I went through the drive -thru on 2/27/2021 and was asked to park. It seems that everytime I come here it the same thing there trying to save window time I spend lots of money at this establishment and for the poor customer service and food quality is horrible today. I don't complain but today was my last time I ever come back! I'm not sure if the young lady name on her name tag is correct but it says Karen, she a latina who was the shift manager. But little to none of professionalism I believe that she needs more adequate training on customer service. There alot of people who need work but people like this individual should be grateful that they have income. Also the Charbroil chicken burger was undercooked I just through it away i wasn't going back to deal with people who don't take there job seriously. Ownership should consider to hire outside consultants and replace entire staff. Due to probably hiring family members of co-workers allegedly. Mind that we have a United States military base across from it. And these men and women who serve deserve the good customer service and food quality. We can't let our first responders and miltary down. This establishment doesn't deserve not...

Probably the BEST Carl's Jr in Mo Val! I don't ever have to wait in a long line, the food is ALWAYS cooked to order and the order is Always Correct the 1st time. Not to mention, my most fav reason for choosing this Carl's,They fill their ENTIRE cups of milkshakes perfectly & to the brim. They have no "Fill-Line. (Side-Note: In My Personal Opinion, The Carl's Jr off of 25055 Elder Ave rips ppl off with their half "pre-made" only fill the cup to their "fill -line" Milkshakes. They're probably mostly Whipped Cream and if you don't get the whipped cream you'll see you barely get any Milkshake at all) Those are my main reasons for awarding this Carl's Jr with a 5 star rating! If you're craving a juicy burger and a bomb milkshake WORTH YOUR MONEY The Carl's Jr on Cactus by the 215 FWY is the way to go. I only use the drive-thru at this location. My order is always quick, hot, and served with maximum friendliness. The first time I visited this store, the person on the other end of the speaker was so nice and receptive, that I thought they actually KNEW me! Nope. Just a friendly person who knows how important it is to make customers feel as though their business is appreciated.

I have been to this store many, many times. No matter the day or time, I appreciate the genuine customer service, and the fact that my food is always hot, no matter how many cars are in line before me.

Five stars for making me willing to go out of my way to visit this store rather than one that's closer or easier to get to.
