I used to come here all the time after work. But after the manager gave me a bad experience here I stopped. I had just worked 10 hrs and was hungry. Stopped to eat here a few weeks ago and the manager Brian was just a stuck up person. Standing there doing nothing but playing with a menu he was fixing. I was about to ask for the restroom and he just cut me off instantly before getting a single word out with “someone will help you shortly” dude couldn’t take two seconds to deal with a customer. Just straight up rude! When I finished my meal, I asked for the number to corporate and his name. Only THEN did he acknowledge me with a “have a nice day”. Yeah dude, a lil late to act like an employee now. Worst experience I e ever had with a manager of all people. The sweet girl who was working the counter that day had way better customer service than him. He should be setting an example. Carl’s Jr: Where mixing two shake flavors is apparently a violation of company policy. Walked in with a real mind-bender of a request(after asking her to name each of the 3 flavors they have): “Can you mix chocolate and strawberry?” Her response? A robotic, dead-eyed “Not right now.”

Not right now? What, is the shake machine on strike? Are the syrup pumps unionized? You’re standing right there, five inches from the lever — but that second pump was just too much?

Look, if pushing a button twice instead of once is where you draw the line, maybe food service isn’t your battlefield.

Worst place alive, my kids and I went to panda, my wife went to carls junior same parking lot, I paid for everything from my bank account, we went to leave and I decided to use the rest room, so I went to carls junior as it was closer to my truck, a code was needed for the rest room customers only, I was a customer, I purchased my wife’s dinner, the worker behind the corner told me the code was on my receipt, I said I didn’t want to walk out to the car to get it and ask again for the bathroom code, he again said it’s on your receipt.
