Del Taco — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Very rude girl who works the window (darker shirt Latin girl)I placed an order through the drive thru and the order started off with one girl who was very nice but she had trouble hearing me. The order box does face the busy Main Street so I can see why it’s hard to hear. She kindly repeats my order back to me but I thought she missed my chili cheese fry’s So I asked- did you get the chili cheese fry’s and she says yes. Before I can say thank you another girl takes over and this one is rude. She rushes my order while repeating it again for whatever reason and rudely tells me to pull forward as if she’s annoyed because me and the other girl couldn’t hear each other. There are no cars behind us in the drive thru or in front of us so they aren’t in a rush. I pull up to the window and she doesn’t greet us just ask for payment. She hands my card back and says “park in the front” I’m putting my card in my wallet and she stays standing there rolling her eyes making a sour face at me and my son. She repeats it “park in the front”. Again no cars behind us still. I park in the front and she brings out an orange juice and just hands it to me doesn’t say one word. Comes back out with the order and I say thank you and she turns around and stomps off. Service like this from people like her makes you worry about what they do to your food and worst thing is she had an attitude for literally no reason. If you’re unhappy with the your job then find another job. We pay for food and service, worst part is it’s only 11am why is your attitude so bad. Food quality is what you'd expect from Del Taco, but the service here was amazing! I avoid most fast food restaurants because I am allgeric to wheat, but I went here under the request of relatives, not expecting to be able to to get more than a soda. When I asked about the possibility of ordering any food in light of my allergy (fully expecting to be told nothing was safe), the young woman at the register told me they would be happy to drain and clean their fryer so that I could at least eat french fries with my family.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the staff's willingness to put themselves out for a customer - I am so used to being met with confusion or denial at restaurants that I was honestly touched by their kindness, and I feel like the staff at this store deserve a little recognition for...

Could an order be anymore wrong? No. Definitely no. Not a single item we ordered was in the bag. The items that were in the bag were just not right. I ordered a chicken burrito, but received a crispy chicken taco. My daughter ordered chilli cheese fries and ended up with a chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla had all the cheese balled up on one side. Our root beers were diet Cokes. My friend ordered a crunchy chicken taco. He had a conversation with the person taking our order, explaining in great detail that what he wanted was their basic chicken taco substituting a hard taco shell for the usual flour tortillas.
