Starbucks — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

The short manager lady/tomboy Erika is always rude and makes you wait till she is done with her cigarette to help you , once she kicked me and my girlfriend out the dinning room at 6 pm just cuz her staff was leaving and she didn't want to sweep and out the seats up by herself , I would recomment another location they always have people waiting and mostly be worried more about talking about personally lives and how much Erika's cigarettes cost now from back a few years . Sorry just was more then one time she clearly doesn't like to work at Wingstop and always smells like cigarettes when she is taking my order , must be because she is always smoke 2/3 cigarettes each break right in front of the Starbucks door and SunTimes right by my car which I then have to move because my girl is pregnant . Should’ve read the reviews about doing a mobile order. Sent an order that said would be ready by 4. After 10 minutes past the time, I decided to wait a little longer since they seemed pretty busy. Gave up after another 5 minutes and went to the register. I understand when the place is busy, but a simple “we’ll be right with you” from the start would’ve been nice instead of waiting and being ignored. Someone finally came up to me and asked if I needed anything. I explained that I had ordered on the app and that’s when they barely realized that their printer was jammed. HORRIBLE!!!! I got STUCK in the drive thru for 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Evidently, one of the barista's had the bright idea to rush and make EVERY customer's drink at one time. When I got my drinks, the frapuccino had no ice in it, it was like chilled milk. And the 2 medicine ball teas tasted like nasty, bitter lemon water. Yesterday was the first day I bought a drink from Starbucks in about 3 months. The drinks are inconsistent and taste like hot steamed milk 8/10 times. This is why I started drinking boba tea @ Tea Be Honest. Step your game up...
