Looking at one of the reviews, I guess because Kayla spoke out she’s definitely not getting a job there now. But to my visit at Jersey Mike’s on Mother’s Day. Music was way too loud. You couldn’t hear them and they couldn’t hear me. There was a line of people waiting to come up and a gentleman walk straight up, and the girl took his order over the ones who were in the line waiting before he walked through the door. One other girl took the order from a lady who I think was a relative because she put a lot of meat on her sandwich even though she didn’t ask for or pay for extra I stayed there and watched and listened to see. Two of the girls had major attitudes and I’m sure Kayla would’ve been a much better employee than what they prove themselves to be. So disappointing Jersey Mike’s but as we know you make the final decision. You’ll never make as much money as you should with employees and attitudes like that. my daughter purchased a full sub for Work and my granddaughter and I got a regular. Service matters. Attitudes matter when you’re serving a public, especially when the public is been nice and friendly towards your employees they should return that back to the public.. And watch those cameras because they’re giving some people extra meat even though they don’t pay for extra pay attention obviously it’s a family member or friend. but in all honesty, you get back what you give so I hope they...
Read more4/10/2017: An outstanding service provided by the team working this location. Not only did we get outstanding service when we ordered our meals, but the team is one of the most honest I have encountered. I forgot my iphone when my friend and I were eating there, and after a couple of hours I noticed I had lost it. I called the them back to verify if I had left my iphone there, and they confirm that they had an iphone and I could go pick up and verify if it was the one I had lost. I went back to the location, and the team asked me to opened it to verify it was mine. I did not catch all their names, but a young lady that works there apparently found it and turned in. They are the most honest and nice people I have encountered at a fast food location. Thank you guys for the integrity and honesty, as well as being the nicest people I have encountered. They both were cleaning and preparing their stations, the phone rang and Jacob says “got it” and Jackie said thank you as she was sanitizing the counter before preparing my order. They had great communication while multi tasking. Jackie made my sandwich quick and with ease. She offered other options as I requested avacado and reminded me that it was a little extra (which I knew but still). Then came checkout, I told her I had shore points but another phone number linked to it, she then checked with Jacob to see if we could transfer points to the new number I want to register. AGAIN, their communication and teamwork shines! I told her no worries I didn’t have much points left but she was willing to find out how I could do that (online tech support that Jacob gave me the number for :) ).
