Joe’s Italian Restaurant is a quaint restaurant offering a variety of dishes and large portions that’s perfect for lunch or dinner.

LOCATION This restaurant is nestled between the border of Moreno Valley and Riverside on Alessandro Blvd.

SERVICE The service here is great and Arturo is such an awesome server.

FOOD Here’s a few of our favorite dishes: SPAGHETTI PACIFIC - A fan favorite for all the seafood lovers. It has crab meat, clams and jumbo shrimp! My favorite dish here. Delicious! SPAGHETTI SORRENTO - This red sauce has a lemony taste and very delicious too. Similar to the Pacific, this too includes seafood with the addition of mussels and squid. MARGHERITA PIZZA - One of my favorite versions of the Margarita Pizza is from Joe’s. The fresh tomatoes and basil give it a quality taste. And the pizza dough is nice and chewy. MEAT LASAGNA - Bold flavors! I love when I get to the ricotta - super creamy, meaty and just flavorful! FETTUCCINE ALFREDO - I’ve tried both versions with Chicken and with Shrimp, and my preference is with the Shrimp. Although, the Chicken version is also pretty tasty. FRIED CALAMARI - This is the way I prefer my fried calamari: lightly battered, slightly seasoned, and paired with a delicious homemade marinara sauce. A squeeze of lemon adds just the right acidity.

PARKING Joe’s has their own parking and it is plentiful. Please drive slowly and carefully when entering and exiting the property, as the entrance door is right at the entrance/exit.

First and foremost. This was my first time here at this place! I want express my disappointment regarding the service my party and I received at Joe’s Italian Restaurant on [3/27/25]. We arrived as a group of six, along with another party of five who were also waiting. Upon being seated by a waitress, we were completely ignored for over 20 minutes while she engaged in conversation with another individual. Despite our presence and obvious need for service, she made no effort to acknowledge us. However, we noticed that a white couple in the restaurant was attended to promptly.

Feeling disrespected and unwelcome, we ultimately decided to leave. As we exited, the waitress sarcastically told us to "have a nice day," further adding to our frustration. We strongly believe this experience was rooted in racial discrimination, as we are African American and were deliberately ignored.

Additionally, the restaurant itself was poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell inside and an unkempt, uninviting exterior. The lack of professionalism extended beyond the restaurant visit—when I attempted to call and speak with a manager or owner, I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes with no resolution.

This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this establishment to anyone I know. I hope you take this matter seriously and address both the discriminatory treatment and the overall lack of professionalism at your restaurant.

First off I haven't been here in a couple years until just recently... I drove past to steakhouses to get there and when I saw the parking lot was full on a Thursday night I knew the food was going to be great still. Even with the full parking lot there was plenty of places to sit I did not have to wait and was met buy an awesome server who is very knowledgeable about the food and was very accommodating to my family and myself. If you come here you must try the antipasto salad, as an appetizer the salad for two was enough for four of us. I had lasagna the little lady had pizza and the kids each a different entree. I have not yet been disappointed. And it was great to know that 2 years later the food was still the best in the business. If you're passing by or live nearby I recommend Joe's to you. This place is hands down one of the best Italian eateries I have ever been and definitely the best one local. The service is excellent and I can't ask for anything more. Hope this helps anybody wondering.

I have to say it one more time the service here is the best, good food without good service will make a place go from a five-star to 1 star for me. And I've got to say the service alone makes this place...
