Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Definitely not cheap here 😭 but good pizza, wish they had more promotions to offer like how Shakey's has happy hour where they offer discounted food during the weekdays. Unfortunately you have to pay for dressing here whereas at shakeys they are free. Mountain Mike's ranch isn't made in house instead it's pre packaged but shockingly it taste good. They do have nice and clean restrooms here. The dining area is clean. Definitely recommend having the app when ordering food so you can get offers and earn points for your orders. The establishment looks like its short staffed here, they have the cashier working the front: taking orders, serving customers their food, answering phone orders as well as making online orders and I saw her in the back as well cutting the pizza and they have to clean the dining room. I understand this place wasn't busy but it seems like they only have 1 cashier and one cook in the back working all day. I highly recommend placing you order online when you leave your house so your food will be ready when you come in and don't have to wait especially if your dinning in. I wouldn't recommend this pizza place if you have kids that want to play games, they only have a tiny section for the game room, to me this place is more for adults which I don't mind. I wanted to provide some feedback about my recent experience at your establishment. While I've been a fan of Mountain Mike's Pizza for quite some time, unfortunately, my last visit left much to be desired.

Firstly, I was disappointed by the treatment I received from the staff. The service was notably cold and lacked the friendly demeanor I've come to expect from your establishment. It felt as though I was inconveniencing them by being there, which made for a rather unpleasant dining experience.

Additionally, I noticed some issues with the quality of the food. While I understand that every restaurant can have off days, the pizza we ordered seemed to be lacking in freshness and flavor. It was not up to the usual standard that I have come to expect from Mountain Mike's Pizza.

I believe that constructive feedback is crucial for improvement, and I hope that you will take this into consideration. I genuinely want to see your establishment thrive, and I believe that addressing these issues could greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

I ordered through their website a large pizza and saved 6 dollars through the rewards coupon. That still came out to 20 some odd Dollars. I ordered pick up to avoid paying any more money and tipped 0 percent through the website since there is no one serving or delivering my food. Tipping is optional not required. When i arrived at the store the place was empty and the lady who was there went back to the register and printed out a receipt yet again. I was confused i thought my payment had already gone through on the website. Of course she pulls out a pen and wants me to sign the receipt was laid out to read as 10percent 15percent 20percent or whatever the percentages are with the greatest percent all the way on the right looking like it was part of the total. I damn nearly put that price in the total.. then I realized she was just getting me to try and tip. Im not tipping for a product I'm already taxed on. Unfair practice if you ask me. The pizza was subpar. Pepperoni is super salty the breading is meh. Cheese was whtever. I would not turn to this pizza again. I rather get little...
