369 Ramen & Poke & Sushi — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

So I normally come to this location 1-3 times a week and the food and staff have been good except for a situation I experienced on Saturday. I came in with my boyfriend and I was ordering what I normally get every week, and as I told the guy what I wanted, he seemed to be giving me more attitude throughout the steps of making the bowl. I still was nice throughout the time cause maybe he was having a bad day, but he seemed to be annoyed with my order for some reason. It was a very simple order, but once he was done with the toppings he stopped, looked at my bowl, looked at me and said “This is the most plain poke bowl I’ve ever seen, ” and then continued to laugh right in front of us. I didn’t know what to do so my boyfriend and I kind of looked at each other in confusion, because it was very unnecessary to judge the food we paid for and how we enjoy to have it. Food was great, but employees were kind of rude!

First, I just wanted to say that even the small portion was more than enough, and it tasted great; although i do think I didn't get full scoops of my protein choices. I was watching the woman in front of me order the same thing, except he was loading her up with bigger scoops which is why I went with the small because it thought mine would be the same.

The guy making my food was rushing me, and also forgot my drink. When he remade my drink, I thanked him and he didn't say anything- just walked away.

Also the cashier was cussing in front of myself and other customers. I don't really care about that, but someone else coming in might. Just thought I'd put that out there so that they are aware that people notice and can do better next time.

I probably would only come here again for the food and just get it to-go. Overall...

Great new Japanese restaurant in the Moreno Valley area. My girlfriend and I came to eat here and the customer service here is A1. My girlfriend was fond of the Ramen soup and I enjoyed the sushi very much. I was specially delighted with the presentation of the shrimp tempura, it looked so nice and tasty. I liked how the chef came out to ask how was the food, I believe it shows professionalism and care for your clients so thank you for that. Some room for improvement would be to not offer a box to go 10 minutes after sitting down, the milk tea boba could be better, and offer the client if they would like sesame seeds or not on the sushi, as I don't like sesame seeds but were put on the sushi I ordered.
