Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

Came here after school with my husband and kids. When you walk in the whole dining room smelt like the bathrooms. Very old and run down looking. They really need to remodel and keep up with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Floors were sticky and the soda from the self serve machines tasted like how the bathroom smells. Windows are very dirty lots of condensation as well. Tables needed to be wiped down. The food itself was good as always, they have the best burgers out of all fast food here in town and well worth the price. Nice playground outside but way to hot to sit and eat outside. Cashiers were friendly and food...

If you are left to the limited choices of finding a quick "dinner" after hours you can catch Carl's if you are still early enough (depending on which night 10/11 PM) or else you can shoot across the street to J'n'Box. Neither is a gastronomical delight but used judiciously can resolve hunger and if only needs driven frequented (not by choice) that little abuse won't leave lasting damage. Yes, they use all the flavor tricks to get their wares over your gums but none of these tricks have your lasting welfare in mind - ref the oversized kids in the movie "Wally" too...

Always dirty. Do yourself a favor and DON'T look in the kitchen. Food never seems as good as other Carl's Jrs (i.e. cheese is always cold). Employees don't care and for what they're paid, who can blame them. The most annoying thing though is that they ALWAYS close earlier than the posted hours. Even on Saturday night ffs. And for the bathrooms, you'd be better off looking for a porta-potty at a construction site. Sometimes you can smell the bathroom right when you walk in 😷
