McDonald's — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

This McDonalds is jacked up! Maps show it's open 24 hours, but when at the drive-through, you're greeted with a prompt, "Will you be using your McDonald's app today?" If you don't have or have not chosen to use your app at this point, there is no further progress ordering a meal and even the employees ignore your presence at the drive-through window when trying to find out what is the deal. McDonald's has got to get there act together at this location because maps indicates they are open 24 hours, yet on their app, it indicates they are closed (time of incident: 5:05am Saturday). I might as well bring up another gripe while I'm at it. Pryer visits to this location I have learned to check my order before pulling away from the drive-through pick up window when ordering a big breakfast because, so far, they consistently forgotten to include some or all the condiments and even left out cutlery. Wow, this place scared me, I walked in for a cup of coffee and I noticed all these people sitting around hovering over rotting animal carcasses on bread buns, they were eating these animal flesh Patty substances, it was like a scene out of the apocalypse, I wondered if they knew what they were really eating, and what they were doing to themselves by ingesting this rotting animal flesh into their intestines, or if they knew what the animals had to go through for them to have these so-called "meals" there is no fiber in dead rotting animal carcasses and there no starch in animal flesh, and starch and fiber is what your body needs to survive but maybe these people didn't know that and maybe they just did not have the time to prepare optimal food for there digestive and immune system, I know that the coffee that I went in there for was poisonous as well but I needed it to help stay awake for a long drive, anyway the coffee was really good I WILL give the place...

Stopped in for a couple of ice cream cones after shopping nearby. Ordered & paid in the app. Should have known we were going to have a problem with the person taking orders instructed is to go to Window 1 to pay instead of window 2 to pickup. Got stuck in the drive thru waiting for 20 mins. Waited at window 1 getting ignored until everyone ahead of us had already left, so as we pulled away the girl opens the window... Get to window 2 where the next guy has to all what we ordered. We looked over in horror to see our ice cream cones staged, all melted and dripping down the side of the cones. We protested, he disappeared and comes back with the same cones which are even more melted now and says sorry mumbling about the machine. No napkins, no attempt to remedy the situation, and NO we won't be back. Miserable experience at this location all...
