I love Mr. Pickles and I go to this location all the time but I have had a couple of very negative experiences that I feel need to be addressed. I am leaving this review under a friend’s account because I go there so frequently. I love the Mr. Pickle sandwich and it’s probably my favorite sandwich of all time! But I have to dock a star because I have had terrible interactions with your employee Rick. I generally order online but on the occasion I don’t I have somehow always had to talk to Rick. He has a very cold demeanor and no sense of customer service. I have been snapped at several times by him in situations where it feels very unnecessary and it makes me uncomfortable and anxious to return. I’m not confrontational so I never said anything but I would be happy to explain further, I just don’t want to leave it here. I love Jenna, the manager, she is the best and is always welcoming, kind, and provides great customer service. I have had great experiences with other employees picking up my order, etc. I love this location and will continue to visit but I hope I will not have any more...

Biked down to Morgan Hill and ate here with my dad. We got two full size sandwiches (8 inches) and they were delicious! The Dutch bread is definitely the way to go if you like crispy sandwich breads. Very unique. We got “The Works” on both sandwiches (onions, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mustard, mayo) and that’s definitely the way to go! Sandwiches were about $15 each and considering the amount they pack in there, very good deal :)

The customer service sucks at this place. Super passive aggressive staff. Rude, dismissive and unprofessional. The old bald man behind the counter was upset/ ANGRY that we taking to long to order. His attitude and behavior was to to the point of harassment. I lost my appetite. This is the second time I had issues at this location. My sandwich was missing Ingredients due to neglect. It's unacceptable especially on how expensive these sandwiches are. Jersey Mike's is the way...
