My Pizza, Morgan Hill: Where Creative Combinations Meet Authentic Flavors
Truly memorable dining experiences linger in your thoughts days later, shaped not just by exceptional food but by the perfect blend of ambiance, service, and company. My recent visit to My Pizza in Morgan Hill was precisely that kind of experience—one that demanded a thoughtful reflection rather than an immediate, emotion-driven review.
From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere set the tone. The staff embodied genuine hospitality—friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help navigate their unique menu. While they offer traditional slices limited to cheese and pepperoni, there's an intriguing twist: the pepperoni is beef-based, and most of their meats are halal, eliminating pork entirely. This thoughtful approach opens their doors to a broader community while maintaining authentic flavors.
The menu's creativity truly shines with unexpected offerings like banana cinnamon pizza and gyro pizza—combinations that sound adventurous but deliver remarkably well. We opted to build our own pizza, which arrived generously loaded with fresh toppings. The crust achieved that elusive perfect balance between crispy exterior and tender interior, delivering what Brooklyn Nine-Nine's Detective Boyle would enthusiastically describe as excellent "mouthfeel."
The restaurant's layout is well-designed and spacious, though our Thursday 3 PM visit meant we essentially had the place to ourselves. However, the steady stream of takeout and DoorDash orders throughout our meal clearly indicated this is a popular local destination that simply experiences natural afternoon lulls.
I also sampled their gyro, which proved flavorful and satisfying, showcasing the kitchen's versatility beyond pizza. The seasoning was authentic, and the portion generous—exactly what you'd hope for from a Mediterranean-inspired dish.
My only minor complaint was the apparent lack of air conditioning during our visit, which made the dining area somewhat warm. While understandable for a single customer on a quiet afternoon, it slightly detracted from an otherwise comfortable experience.
My Pizza successfully balances creativity with quality execution, offering something genuinely different in Morgan Hill's dining landscape. The combination of innovative menu options, quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality creates an experience worth returning to. When I find myself in the Morgan Hill area again, this establishment has definitely earned a spot on my...

I have so many favorites, Pastrami for sure, but recently Sausage Roasted Garlic.
Wow the flavors really pop out, the toppings are generous, can taste the difference of quality ingredients, well executed pizza. Don't look at the price because when you taste it, you can appreciate the value of using quality cheese, quality toppings, generous amount, where you get a taste of everything in every bite
Suggest you order ahead and show up for pick up or eat it there. There have a beautiful dinning area on the side with 60s style modern dinner.
Last week I ordered the wings and salad since I was cutting down on carb, and I was blown away. Best wing I have had in years, better than Wing it or any other Wing shops. Comes with garlic dip, and chicken is cooked to perfection. For Salad, I had the Caesar and came with generous portion of shaved Parmesan cheese 🧀. I tell you these guys are truly gourmet when it comes to ingredients.
The staff are always professional on the phone 🤳, always give ETA but recently I like ordering online to make my order go thru to the kitchen faster. Their website is user friendly and it takes less than a minute to order. I wish they'd deliver where I live, but I am 45min away, but the drive to have a pizza like this is well worth it. My kids love going there, so we make it a point every time are going or coming back from Gilroy to...
Read moreI had never put red pepper flakes on my pizza, until I went to My Pizza. I saw my friend do it, so I decided to copy him. Unfortunately, he wasn't the best teacher when it comes to putting red pepper flakes on pizza. He put a full packet of red pepper flakes on each slice. I just assumed that's what each packet was for, one packet for one slice. I should have watched a "How to" video on Youtube before I followed his footsteps. The first slice was a bit too much pepper flakes for me, but I learned my lesson for future slices. After my friend had got his fix from the red pepper flakes, he went to the pantry to put habanero peppers on his pizza. It seems as if red pepper flakes are the gateway pepper. I didn't want to get into that stronger stuff, the red peppers were good enough for me. Maybe it's because my tolerance was lower. If I keep having a full packet of red pepper flakes for each slice, eventually I might need something stronger for my pizza. Anyways, my friend ended up putting habanero peppers on his pizza and it looked like he was in pain when he was eating it, but still couldn't stop adding habanero peppers. I guess it's better to feel pain than nothing at all. The next day we both had some issues with the toilet because of the lack of self control we displayed with the peppers. The pizza itself still made it worthwhile. Best pizza in...
