The manager was working the drive thru during the lunch rush and saw that there was a line in the lobby but didn't acknowledge it. He continued to service the dt. When he saw that the line was still there,he yelled at the front counter clerk who had since returned from actually doing her job of cleaning the bathrooms. He then further instructed the food assemblers to keep cranking out orders for the drive thru ahead of the front counter. All customers should matter. Not just the ones on the drive thru. Another thing. They also need to stop deleting orders ahead of completion to make their time spent on preparing them look like it's minimal.
