Via Mia Pizza — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

My order was for only one person however my order easily was able to feed two plus people! Excellent Excellent Delicious pizza, cheese bread and two slices of cheesecake! My order came to $100. 00 (😱 my friends who came over that evening were shocked by the price I paid for what I had ordered) This is what I had ordered} One 12 inch pizza; gluten free thick pizza dough (only available in the 12 inch) Plus the topping add ons} creamy garlic sauce (very delicious, however, disappointed that more of this sauce was not added) Italian sausage, bacon, chicken breast meat, artichoke hearts, pineapple, feta cheese, (asked for mozzarella cheese to be added due to the personal nature of my pizza order) I ordered one order of Greek cheese bread (my order came with two orders of Greek cheese bread) I DID NOT ORDER two Greek cheese breads! I was clear on this, there was confirmation after placing my order with employee! (Via Mia was dishonest by adding two orders of Greek cheese bread and Via Mia charged me for both orders) After verbally placing my order over the phone, (I was speaking directly to an employee at Via Mia who verbally took my order, he spoke very clearly in English, no accents) The employee went over my order with me stating one order of Greek cheese bread! There was no misunderstanding! Two slices of cheesecake! That was my entire order! I had my order delivered which was 6.00 and then there was tax which my order came to $94.28 I paid the delivery person $100. 00 cash and told him to keep the change! My order was expected within the hour after ordering! My order arrived in less than 30 minutes!! I was impressed with the delivery service! I'm very confused, concerned, and disappointed at how much I paid for my order! My friends...

I still believe I'm the better dart player and I'll always believe that. Maybe that's what gets me into trouble. When my friend and I got an extra large pizza from Via Mia we split the price, but I was under the assumption that he would end up paying for the full pizza and some after I was done playing darts with him. We usually bet $5 to $10 a game and I was feeling pretty confident because I was up $10 from last time we played. When we started playing, I found myself in a hole pretty quickly. I was down $25 after a few games. I wasn't too rattled, in my head it was just the first half and I felt a comeback brewing. I ended up breaking even with the next few games. I was on cloud nine and decided to celebrate with a couple of drinks. After those drinks, my friend offered me a few more. I knew exactly what he was trying to do. He wanted to throw me off my game...literally. I didn't even care, at that point I was too confident to think anything could throw me off. I decided to have a few more drinks and then we went back to darts. He ended up winning the next six straight games. I got complacent and literally paid for it. I ended up paying for the full price of the pizza and some. Luckily, I ate the pizza before darts and was still under the impression that it was going to be free. I normally order one pizza couple times a week, but last week on Monday, I needed two. Their Mon/Tue deals are ALL pizzas 50% off based on regular price menu. I called in the order, mentioned that I want your todays deal and ordered two pizzas. The guy hangs up as soon as I mentioned what I wanted, didn't even ask me for my name, no thank you, ok or anything. Very Rude, and unprofessional. This is not the way he is going to keep his customers coming back to him. They charged my husband over $35 for 2 medium pizzas, telling him that the deal is only for the large. Even if they charged him based on large, it would have still been less. If it was me picking up the pizzas, I would have left them both. I definitely will not be doing any business here. I will do business somewhere where people are kind, family oriented and they care about you and the service, even if the food isn't all that great, but no matter how good the food is, if people are not ethical enough and are corrupt, I will never go back there. Very dishonest people or it would even be considered fraudulent advertising... If the owner has Hired help, he definitely needs to have a chat with them....
