The Queens Pizza Sandwhich and cafe — Restaurant in Morgan Hill

Went here because the reviews were very good. Planned to eat there with my mom, niece & nephews, it was hot as 🔥🔥 because there was🚨NO AC🚨. So if you plan on eating here, make a phone order and take it home. I ordered in store, he told me it would be 30 min because he has 2 orders ahead of mine. BTW, there was only 1 guy working. Luckily, there’s a dollar tree nearby so we went there to get in some cool air. Came back 40 minutes later and it still wasn’t done. I ordered 2 pizzas online which was supposed to be ready by 12:30 pm. I arrived at the store at 12:31 pm to find that the whole business is closed (dark inside with no one available). I tried calling the store and no one answered. I finally called the online ordering company, they tried and couldn't find anyone either, but my credit card was charged. Avoid this place at all costs. Every time I come here it’s nothing but excuses. It will take these people 30-45 to make 1 pizza when they don’t have any other orders. Many other pizza places in town that can make a pizza within 20 mins on a busy Friday night. Meanwhile these people can’t make 1 pizza under 30 mins on a Monday evening. Also, don’t expect them to be open on their posted hours. They open when they want to, and close when they want to. How this place is in business...
