Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Morgantown

Unbelievable experience last night and not in a positive way..place was utterly empty because of students being mostly out of town on Christmas break. Got seated immediately without a problem. Server took a little time to approach our table for drinks. Wife and son ordered sweet tea and they received unsweetened tea. After telling the server she tried to explain that they make it different at this Bw3 and she would be happy to bring extra sugar but basically the tea we received was SWEET TEA. So because of that my wife and son decided they wanted a water and told server. Server then took our order for appetizers. After taking order for the apps it took nearly an hour to receive the appetizers. In that amount of time the server maybe stopped at our table once for additional drink orders although she had yet to bring the waters requested because the SWEET TEA wasn’t SWEET. Finally received our regular food order at the same time as the WINGS and most of it was missing. No ranch or blue cheese brought with the order and part of my sons order wasn’t correct either. At the end of the meal once we finally received the check there were drinks on the check we didn’t even order. After asking the server what the problem seemed to be she deflected the issue onto the kitchen and explained to us twice that she didn’t typically work as this BW3 but rather worked at the other town center BW3. I have been to this restaurant numerous times and every time I go there is always a problem regardless of if it is takeout or dine in.

Whenever I dine in, the service is always extremely slow even if there is only a few tables seated. They also close half the restaurant around 7pm each night and only seat customers in a small area in the back where there is very few booths and limited space. If you ask for a booth they will not give you one because they say they are already cleaned and closed for the night.

Tonight I ordered take out and it was supposed to be ready at 8:40. Whenever I arrived at 8:40 I waited another 15 minutes before being given my food and then I realized they forgot part of my order which has happened every other time I’ve gotten takeout. Oh and they charge for ranch which is fine, I don’t mind to pay, but tonight whenever I opened up my sauce this is all that was in it?? Paying 0.60 for an almost empty cup of ranch is really frustrating. If I’m paying, at least fill the cup up halfway.

I go here a lot so I could go on and on of bad experiences I’ve had, however tonight will probably be my last time. I’m not going to continue spending $35 for a basic meal for two that is 9 times out of 10 cold, not correct, slow service, etc. I have given this restaurant too many chances to get it right. Tony and I had dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings in Morgantown WV on Thursday August 17th before heading over to the Hilton Garden Inn Morgantown, WV #morgantownhilton This was first night of his birthday trip.

He ordered a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and I had Wings traditional Hot and Nashville Hot mixed order! Very good with Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Noel and I had dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings, and the service was horrible. Let's just say, I had to ask 2-3 additional waitress for help. I had to ask them for straws, for silverware and even had to go up front to the cashier to get napkins. Our waitress was either smoking a lot, talking to other workers or had a personal visitor on premises because she kept going out to the patio area.

The surrounding tables which was part of her station was complaining also and looking for our disappearing waitress. Our food was okay, sort of cold cause it must have had to wait also! The place wasn't even that busy. It was a Thursday evening and after we ordered we saw the wings were on special (which she never told us about)

Definitely rethinking my next Wing...
