Smoothie King — Restaurant in Morgantown

One of our smoothies was very good and the other was completely missing ingredients. The 3 teens/young people that were working were very rude. They didn’t answer the drive through and were laughing about it when we came in. The brown haired girl with glasses on register didn’t know how to punch in menu items either. The other girl also with brown hair and glasses was sitting with her feet up on the table and being very rude. The young boy working was trying to do well and had a question about the smoothie ingredients and the rude girl just told him to substitute whatever for something they didn’t have without even asking us. Editing my former 2 star review about inconsistencies as I decided to go back and give them more chances.

Since my first review things have gotten much better. My smoothie bowls are absolutely more consistent and when you add for extra items they're not removing things to add those extra items in and then still charging you for the extra items just to keep the bowl at a certain level. The customer service and Friendly Smiles that I'm greeted with in the mornings are fabulous. And the bowls are great in the morning for breakfast and truly last me throughout the day. I’m from out of town. I was craving a smoothie and Smoothie King was the closest one to our area. We pulled up about 1/2 before they closed or so we thought. But, just as we pulled in, an employee was locking the front door and the lights we already off. We sat for a moment. And saw employees peeking out to see what we were going to do. We went to the drive up window to see if they’d take our order. Surprisingly, they did. But they were obviously were not happy about it.

They proceeded to hand us what I would describe as probably the nastiest smoothie I have ever tasted. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Would give no stars...
