The customer service I received from one of the employees was very unsatisfactory. After my friend and I order our double scoops, we made our way to the cash register. Inside the store they have a small sign that encourages customers to download the baskin robbins app. I did so assuming I could get a free scoop if I signed up. I was correct because the app offers you a “welcome scoop”. I showed the cashier the free scoop code to which she said I couldn’t use it because we both got double scoops. I explained to her that she could just charge us for one single scoop and one double and then that would be my free welcome scoop. She proceeded to tell me it would be more expensive which made no sense. A single scoop costs less than a double scoop. That’s simple math. We went back and forth a few more times and then she changed the order and the total was less like I tried to tell her from the beginning. As we were paying for our order another woman was walking out the store. The cashier gave her something and proceed to say “puta mujer” to which the other woman said “la mujer” as a question referring to me. I’m assuming she thought I didn’t know any Spanish. It was extremely uncalled for and rude. If she was more focused on knowing math and doing her job, she wouldn’t have been “frustrated” with dealing with a paying customer. Read moreI went to Baskin Robins on 5/24/22 the employee walked in right behind me, she proceeds to hand a customer sitting down a piece of paper. She goes behind the counter gives the other employee a piece of paper, they have a short conversation. She then asked who is next, I place my order for a milkshake. After she checks me out, she goes to the ice cream side. She DOES NOT WASH HER HANDS. I asked if she was going to wash her hands, she tells me she sanitized them in her car before came in. Then argues with me about washing her hands, she tells me she is not touching the ice cream. She washes her hands with a brief rinse under some water, then said see I washed. We have a exchange of words, before I asked for a refund. I reported this to the corporate office and received a phone call from the owner I assume, which she didn't seem to take serious. I went back in to ask for another cone and was told “they are all the same and they only make fresh cones every 5 days.” I was not given another cone or offered a refund. So I just asked for a bowl and threw the cone away…Not to mention the second time I went back in a younger male worker was moping the floor. He goes behind the counter to help me but didn’t wash his hands. I hand to ASK him to wash his hands.
