Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Morristown

So I am from Pittsburgh, PA. There is a Jets there but I had only been there once and wasn't too impressed. This dining experience 110% altered my view on the franchise, especially this TN location. We were greeted very warmly by Tommy, who informed us about the specials right away. He has been in the pizza business for 31 years and it shows! He was very passionate about the food. The BBQ chicken pizza was the best pineapple topped pizza I have ever had. My brother even loved it and he is not usually a fan of pineapple on pizza! We started eating and he asked if we needed any ranch which I only didnt ask for because it is usually a dollar extra. Tommy proceeds to bring over two huge dipping sauces! After we were wrapping it up and getting ready to leave he asked my niece if she wanted to have dessert. He recommended the brownie dessert, similar to what Dominoes offers. My brother goes to pay and is dismissed by Tommy. "Don't worry about it," he says. We asked if he had a tip jar available to which he replied, "I don't need a tip man. Just you guys being here is tip enough for me." Now i am not one to leave reviews, but in this case it was warranted! Might have to check out the Jets in this area but for sure, if you live in or close to Morristown, TN, go try this pizza! Food was incredible and dine in experience was unlike...

We went to Jet’s in Morristown this past Saturday. We were greeted immediately by Tommy, who I’m assuming was the owner/GM.

Let me tell you Tommy was absolutely awesome in greeting us, listing out the specials, and talking to us about the pizza industry. He asked if we were first-timers and we said yes and that we were visiting from out of state. He recommended a speciality pizza and any large two topping for $27.99. We got the Detroit style deep dish and went with the Aloha BBQ Chicken and a pepperoni and banana pepper pizza. We waited about 15 minutes and it came out fresh, cut into squares with very crisp dough. It was fantastic. The best I’ve had in years and certainly the best in Tennessee. Tommy was so friendly and even gave my daughter a big brownie to take home. I asked if he had a tip jar and he said just having us as customers is plenty for him. Who says that?

Overall 5 stars and first class all the way. They are remodeling and will have a large seating area next...

Ever since the Jet Box started taking orders nothing is right. My family & I used to order once a wk & I loved it. Today my order wasn’t right & I paid for delivery plus an additional 5 tip. I called up there to tell them it was wrong & Tommy the manager told me I could bring it up there & they would remake it. I said I paid for delivery & you delivered the wrong pizza. I told him I wasn’t getting out tonight I would bring the pizza up there tomorrow UNTOUCHED & they could remake it then. Tommy said NO we will not be remaking the pizza Do Not bring it back..I even went so far as to ask him if they had a recording from the Jet Box so they could hear how I ordered the pizza & he said No. Tommy you need a little more training on customer service.
