Service was horrible. We went to this establishment in hopes of watching the Carolina Hurricane Hockey Game. We got sat near a TV and the restaurant wasn't that busy. The server came and got our drink order and we asked if he could put on the hockey game. It took a little while for him to bring our drink and we ordered our appetizer and our entrees at the same time. While we were waiting we asked the hostess about putting the game on and she said ok but never did. When the server brought our food he brought out our appetizer and our entree at the same time. When I ordered we asked for our boneless wings to be tossed in the honey chipotle but they were plain with a side of the hone chipotle sauce. They were supposed to come with a side of house made ranch and they didn't. We asked for a side of ranch and never got it. The server was walking by and sort of an afterthought asked if everything was ok and I said except the game isn't on and he just sort of chuckled as he walked off. My glass was almost empty at this point. By the time I was halfway done eating I was out of drink and the server never came back to check on us. He walked by right as my husband had just finished eating and put the last rib bone on the plate so all was left was a little slaw and a few fries. (Our entree was a full rack of ribs which said was served with fries and corn not fries and slaw). The server offered a to go box but no refills. I asked for a refill and was brought a to go cup of tea. If I had wanted a to go cup I would have asked for one. There was a sign under the TV that had draft beer with 12 different types of draft beer. Michelob ultra was one of them. When the server took our drink order my husband ordered that and they asked if he wanted a short or tall. My husband told him a tall one. When the server brought it out he brought a bottle with no chilled glass or anything. The server was like I guess they just have this in a bottle (even though it was on the draft sign). Read moreTonight, we ordered a dinner from Chili’s Morrisville for us and our kids. I ordered through the Chili’s app (I want to specify that it was their own app, not any third party or delivery company app) on my phone – the same order that we usually make to be delivered. We paid for the order including food, delivery charge and driver tip. It should be noted that there is no delivery choice on the Chili’s app; it has only two options – curbside pick up or delivery. When the order came, it was missing the kids’ food, so I called Chili’s trying to get it re-delivered. The lady on the phone said that I ordered through Door Dash and that I should address any issues directly with Door Dash. Chili’s doesn’t care and wouldn’t do anything. I didn’t order through Door Dash. I ordered through the Chili’s app. I didn’t even choose Door Dash. But the lady on the phone at Chili’s didn’t care, she just repeated her mantra that I ordered through Door Dash. Then her manager picked up and said almost literally the same thing. Stymied by the fortress-like brick wall that was the idiocy of Chili’s’ staff, I called Door Dash. Silly me. They said that because I ordered through Chili’s, they couldn’t issue a refund. Only Chili’s could. They also refused to re-deliver because Chili’s wouldn’t pick up the phone when Door Dash called, and they refused to try again. Both Chili’s and Door Dash suggested that we drive over and pick up the missing food (while the delivered food was getting cold and the kids were hungry). Alternatively, Door Dash could send a request to Chili’s for a refund (no guarantee though). All we wanted was to have a nice family dinner. I’ve never experienced more atrocious service, more apathetic responses, or more colossal stupidity in my life, and I’ve had a pretty fulsome life. Started off with a 10-15 wait Hostess didn’t even ask my name until after almost getting seated, got seated the manager took our order, was prompt in bringing everything and told us our waiter is someone else, mind you never actually met our waiter anyways, never came to the table at all. Food was brought in due time, we go to look at the utensils they are dirty like someone just put them in water that’s it, had old food on the knife and forks, had to flag down another waiter probably not our waiter to bring us cleaner utensils, we gave our son the cleaner utensils.The whole time we didn’t get a apology nor did anyone check back with us asking if everything was ok, they all seemed preoccupied with all other tables except ours, As I was eating similar tables around us had minor-major issues with orders/wrong food items/soggy chips. Seemed to me they were totally understaffed last night. Didn’t leave much of a tip I usually leave a good tip but not this time. Will never return after this experience. Sanitation rating of 94 I wonder why, the banister was full of dust, the lights above was full of dust, Visiting the previous time at this location everything was fine minus the 15-20 min wait, and the first visit since the pandemic it was ok along with Cobb webs on the window.
