I went in to place my order and I was greeted by a young lady, she stated to me " What do you want? " No Hello, Welcome to Taco Bell, How may I help or assist you today? ..... I ordered a Bean Burrito with sour cream and cheese a Taco, and for my father a enchrito with 2 scoops of extra beef, for the extra beef Taco Bell charges $1.20 per scoop. Ok so the young girl charged us $4.80 +tax for 2 extra scoops of Extra beef on a enchrito. My dad like's the encorito's at Taco Bell with extra beef. When I got the receipt I had realize that she ( karon) over charged me for the scoops! So I we get our order, WHERE'S THE BEEF??? not to mention the meal was cold. I went to go up to the counter and Karon said "WHAT NOW?" WHY YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS THAT!!! DAM GIRL WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS SIT DOWN AND FEED YO DADDY AND GET THE HELL OUT OF MY STORE. At this point and time I asked for the Manager. Karon then grabbed my Dad's food to go and fix it. The manager came out of her office, I had a nice conversation with her. I refused any free coupons, promo or discounts. The manager handled the situation. I did not want Karon to loose her job. But to use this as a learning experience. Read moreI wish I could choose zero stars. I was greeted at the drive-thru by a nasty voice. Whoever addressed me grumbled through the machine in an inaudible, grumpy tone. I understand those speakers aren't the best but I have had perfectly clear conversations at this same drive-thru with other employees. This woman was obviously flustered with the amount of business they were receiving at that moment and decided to forget that customer service is more important than the food itself. When I began to order, she spat back at me that she "wasn't ready to take me" and didn't even ask me to wait; she directed me to. Maybe if she had spoken clearer the first time I would have understood if she had asked me to wait. When she was finally 'ready to deal with me' she said, over the speaker, "what do you want." I told her I was ridiculously unpleased with her nastiness and that I'd rather leave hungry than have to communicate with her any longer. To the manager of this establishment, please, for the good of your business... whoever was working the drive-thru at 8 pm on May 11th 2017, fire her. Read moreI've always loved Taco Bell - but seriously! This place has some real problems. To wait for two items at 9 pm for nearly 15 min is absurd!! There was one car which had been ahead for some time and I was told it was a big order (It appeared so when it was handed out.) But what did that have to do with my two little items? I saw the items being heated thru the window and it was all the worker could do to lift them out. Then the window worker took care of someone at the register. She filled two drinks, apparently for the order behind me. Where was my bag I wondered?? She seemed to wander around looking for it. Did something else. Finally went and got the bag from somewhere?? This was an additional 3 minutes watching her wander!! I know my food had been prepared five minutes before! There was no one in the place and I was at the window! She knew I was sitting there frustrated, so I don't want to say anything was deliberate, but it had every appearance of either that - or gross incompetence. That window is always slow. I try not to go there at all any more because I can't afford it at the price of gas to idle for an average of 10 minutes!! Someone fire this staff and get people...
