Wonderful Service & Just What My Pup Needed – Lemos Feed & Pet Supply

We were passing through Morro Bay for the night on a road trip, and I needed to find something to help my dog Chase, feel a little more settled. He’s been getting a bit overstimulated from our travel schedule, and since he has a sensitive stomach, I have to be cautious about what I give him to chew on—no added flavors or chemicals.

I stopped into Lemos Feed & Pet Supply, and the experience was fantastic from the moment I walked in. A friendly gentleman greeted me right away and helped me find the kind of chews I was looking for. When I asked a specific question about ingredients, another team member chimed in to confirm I was choosing the right product. It was clear they knew their stuff and cared about getting it right.

I ended up picking out a collagen chew, which Chase loves and tolerates well. I gave it to him in the car, and he immediately got to work on it. He’s been so much happier and calmer today—I could tell it made a real difference.

I have been a customer of Morro Bay Lemos Feed & Pet Supply since February 2017, when I brought home a 10-week-old Goldendoodle puppy. The service I have received from the staff at Lemos has consistently been courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I particularly want to point out Sarah, Breann, and Troy as always being helpful. Additionally, I want to mention that recently when arriving in the parking lot of Lemos, I happened to meet a Lemos District Manager. He patiently answered several questions about why Lemos discontinued a specific dog food I had been using, and also explained the lengthy research process Lemos used to choose another dog food.
