Arby's — Restaurant in Morton

Look forward to Lent as that’s when you have the fish sandwiches. Came here on Saturday afternoon ordered my two fish sandwiches with extra tarter, fries and chocolate shake. They were quite busy several customers inside and in the drive thru. This team worked like a well oiled machine firing on all cylinders. Professional, efficient, providing quality food made right. Now it’s Sunday afternoon, came in again for my same order. Different staff and only 2 employees (short handed). I was 3rd in line inside and there was 3 in the drive thru. Amazingly, these two wonderful women didn’t even have to communicate with each other as they knew what each other was doing and complimenting each others work. The cook came out to take my order with a smile and wonderful personality. Then she went about fulfilling orders. These two are an exceptional team even short handed. This place ROCKS with the most friendly, fun, smiling, efficient employees, and the BEST food!

I have lived in Morton for 3 years now, and my husband and I have never had food served hot with super friendly service EVERY SINGLE VISIT like we have at the Morton, IL Arby's.

All of the employees act as if they have never had a bad day, and like happiness is their full time jam.

The food is always fresh and hot no matter the time of day, and oh those chicken sandwiches, jalepeno poppers and mocha shakes. So so sooooo good!

We take road trips often and I will say we will never try another Arby's outside of Morton.

Thank you to the manager who must be a great leader and motivator and thank you to ALL the employees for always being positive, never getting an order wrong, and even taking time to say hello and how are you. One of our fave spots for sure.

I order the crinkle cut fries because I do not like the seasoning on the curly fries. The last two times I've been to this Arby's half my fries or almost half taste like curly fries. The last time I was here a large portion of my fries were undercooked. When I order the beef and cheddar I barely get any cheddar. The reason I gave three stars instead of two is this last time I got the classic beef and added cheddar cheese to it. I guess since I paid extra they decided to give me an okay portion of cheese. I do like the fact that when my sister wanted to substitute a onion bun with a classic bun they had no problem giving her the classic bun, AKA they didn't say they had to...
