I had a 4 person order. First the guy helping us seemed irritated that he even had a job . I ordered two shop salads they come in a tortilla shell. He handed it of to his co worker who also didn't seem thrilled to be at work. I noticed no shell so I ask the guy rolls his eyes and says we haven't had time to make any . Well that would have been good to know when I ordered it!! So I asked for some chips instead he stomps down grabs a hand full slams them in a bag . My husband ordered a burrito . They put it in a bowl he says can I get a tortilla ? The guy once again gets upset tosses the contents of the bowl in a tortilla wraps it in a ball and tosses it in a bag. We went to grab a fork .which there was no and the lobby was disgusting to say the least. I know it gets hard when ur busy but I think maybe the couple people that we could see just standing around and playing around in the back could have helped. I will never go...
Read moreMy husband and I just came through this location and witnessed a pretty sad environment. The guy making our bowls (Chris I believe and his name tag says he likes sloths) was so nice and was doing a great job when both the initial person to take your order as well as the guy who was cashing people out started very clearly picking on him. I have worked on every type of team including in food service and it was extremely clear that they either A. Don’t like him or B. Don’t respect him. I just want to tell Chris I think that you are doing a great job and thank you for being so nice! Your coworkers don’t deserve your efforts and I hope that things get better 🫶🏻
To the manager of this location: please consider speaking to your team about team work and being more gracious towards each other….
Chris you get 5/5⭐️
The rest of you could learn to build eachother up instead of blaming others for things inside...
Read moreI have always liked Qdoba. Have been eating it for years in all four states I've lived in. But there's one major thing wrong with this particular location: they wrap their burritos into the shape of a softball. I've been here four times in as many months and it's always the same. Do they not understand that a burrito is supposed to be tubular, NOT spherical in shape? Who trains the staff? Their one job is assembling burritos, and it is as if they simply fail to grasp the concept of the universally accepted shape of the burrito. Every time I eat here I have to unwrap the dang thing and re-do it myself. Management, please, take note, this is a major flaw in the execution of serving franchise food.
Also, a far lesser complaint for me, but something that other customers may find off-putting: the bar/counter facing out into the mall is always full of paperwork and half-eaten employee meals....
