For someone who eats hot pot in seattle, this hot pot is severely disappointing. the food portions was tiny and the hot pot bowl was minuscule compared to most hot pot places. we had to request a server to come refill our water glasses and instead of refilling the glasses, he took them back into the kitchen and then refilled it, returned it and we didn’t know who drank out of which glass. When we requested for more broth, instead of adding more tomato broth, we got added boiling water and it diluted the broth and ruined its flavor (although very little flavor was involved) The food and broth is so expensive. way overpriced for the portions of meat and food that they gave us. The bean curds they gave us are a fever dream. if you search it up on google, it looks appetizing. they served us rope knots, chewed like rope. The atmosphere and the vibe was soothing and enjoyable. unfortuantely, the food wasn’t.

We tried out the hot spicy broth and original bone broth, but the spicy broth wasn’t that spicy. For someone like me who can’t eat too spicy (ex. Buffalo sauce) it was just somewhat spicy to me. The lamb shoulder slices were amazing! It tastes just like the lamb chops we bought in Moscow's Farmers Market, which has slightly lamb smell (the good kind of smell) and the spicy soup just made it even more favorable🤌 the beef slices were good too and so were quail eggs. The quails eggs worth the price and it's definitely a must-try! The service was ok to us and somewhat slow. It's understandable because we went around 5:30 pm (dinner time) and they really tried their best. The girl waitress was really nice to us and still checked on us later on even when she's busy around. Overall a good experience and definitely will be back soon!

Nice little Asian hot pot shop. Meats and Vegetables were fresh. I got the half spicy broth and the other half original bone broth. Both broths were basic could have used more herbs for flavor, but the spicy broth had the most flavor because of the chili oil in it. You can have your own personal soup pot or have a traditional community soup pot. The Meat(beef & lamb) portion size is good but the seafood and noodle portions were a bit small but good. The lettuces and cabbage portions were good, but the daikon and lotus portions were small but good. The 1 Server that seem to be operating the entire shop was good at explaining how to do hot pot to unfamiliar guest, which intern took a toll on helping other guest, so service was a bit slow and lacking follow-ups on guest that were eating. Overall it is good and worth the wait.

Horrible dining experience. Server seemed lost and confused about everything. Asked about drinks - she had no idea. Strangely, there was a sign right in front of her, facing her or else my group and I would've seen it, with the drink menu. Asked for tea. She brought out a cup with a crack and when the small bit of tea I poured into the cup poured out onto the table, she just stood there as our table flooded. Had to ask my dining companions for napkins just to keep the liquid from spilling off the table on me. Also, note that the napkins are the cheapest on the market - transparently thin, small, and you only get one, unless you ask repeatedly, then you might get two. After the cup-flood crisis was dealt with (she finally brought paper towels), we waited seemingly forever for her to take our order sheet (too busy gabbing with coworkers and some guys that wandered through). Food was prompt, but it doesn't take much when the broths are just boiling water. There was no detectable flavor difference between the "hot and spicy" and "mushroom" broths. Meat and veggies to add were ok, but the cabbage was wilted to the point of being limp and sticky. No small bowls were ever brought out, so we never got to drink any broth as literally every other table around us was able to do. Ultimately, the best part of this experience was visiting with friends and the worst was the restaurant (if I hadn't been meeting friends, then I would have to say the best part of the restaurant was leaving - this place is massively dysfunctional). I don't eat a lot generally but ended up eating again after leaving here just to get a proper...

Girlfriend and I came here for lunch to try it out for the first time. we got there as soon as they opened on a wed. There was only 3 tables being occupied including us. The food quality was great, veggies were very fresh, beef was tender. Broth was a little lacking we got the split of spicy/ tomato broths. The spicy was not spicy at all, tip order the dry chili powder and add it to the broth it definitely helped, the tomato broth was okay, had flavor but still a little weak. The atmosphere was calming and nice, everything was clean and ready. The staff was friendly and attentive. They owner/manager definitely needs to switch to a 3 person open staff 1 cook 1 waiter is not enough we waited quite awhile for things to be brought out which unfortunately had us rushing to finish as we only had an hour and half to spare. Aside from all of that the portions are decent the only major issue I had was the pricing Dear God they are expensive for 2 people who got a split broth, 3 sauces, 2 protein, and 3 veg it came to almost $50... it's a nice place, just be ready to spend a good amount of money if there are more...

This was our first time trying a hot pot so I don't know how it compares. We were seated quickly, the way you order was explained well, and the food came out very quickly. The bill was $45 for a two-broth hot pot, marbled beef slices, broccoli, baby bamboo, daikon, mushrooms, fresh noodles, chili flakes, garlic oil, a mango smoothie, and custard buns. The spicy broth was moderately spicy and tasted slightly like anise seed among other spices (I'm not a fan of black licorice tasting spices but I understand it's common in Asian foods). The mushroom broth hardly had any flavor at all. We were passing the garlic oil back and forth to make it a little less bland. The mango smoothie was alright and the custard buns were a fun texture and smelled amazing but tasted kind of bland. At the end of the day we left still moderately hungry. It was a fun experience and the service was great but the food was pretty bland and we...
