Old Navy — Local services in Moscow

My husband took an item to return. Since I bought the item, I guess MY card has to be used to give back the money, even though the bank account is the same. I'm guessing that's store policy or something.

What really upsets me though is that when he got back in the store (he walked back to the car, got my card, and walked back in. He was gone for maybe 5 minutes), the woman who was helping him with the return wasn't there. So he decided to wait patiently.

In the end, the original woman helping him had gone home for the day, didn't tell ANYONE that she was in the process of helping a customer with a return, and just left.

This is completely inappropriate. It was a huge waste of time for my husband and myself. Please train your employees better. Communication is everything.

I gave 2 stars because I guess the person who helped him after was polite enough. No one apologized for the lack of communication though.

Also, I'm not a big fan of returns being so difficult to do. I generally purchase an item, try them on at home, and have my husband return the items I don't want because it's on his way home from work. I don't shop here often because the prices are outrageous anyway, but I never remember the...

Old Navy - five stars When I was growing up in Moscow old Navy was the place to go for affordable clothing. While it's not my style anymore they still carry high quality clothing. They have really good prices for jeans, t-shirts, polo shirts, and pretty much any kind of clothing you want. The store was great if you outgrew something shortly after you bought the item. I've seen this store quiet and I've seen it rowdy, however it's mostly quiet all the time. The store as well lit, clean, and organized. The staff is super helpful with all of your questions. The checkout as a smooth process. Sometimes they have deals to look out for. Prices are pretty inexpensive across the board, I personally recommend buying Jean's and shirts from here. As a bigger and taller woman, it is hard for me to find pants or bottoms that fit correctly and are long enough for me. I went to Ross, Marshall’s, Walmart, Target, etc and could never find anything. That’s when I decided to go to the Old Navy and THANK GOD I did. I found leggings, pants, AND SHORTS. Some in the clearance section, and other on sale. I also got some cute shirts. I bought 4-5 outfits for myself all under $130. We went back today to find some jeans for my fiancé and he got a ton of pants and shirts, too. Their deals and sales are amazing.
